McDonald's, San Angelo TX

It was a nightmare. Told us to pull up when our 2 item weren't ready over 30 from when we ordered. Left us there for 30 minutes. I tried to get their attention and the got mad at me. Grab a random bag with disgusting food it is and rudely have to us. Didn't give ranch and when I went back for it they made me pay $1.51 for it. She was completely rude as well and no one understands English enough to help you. Nightmare!

My order was almost completely wrong, and the staff was extremely slow. Was half tempted to go home, grab my old McDonald's uniform, and show them how it's done, because apparently nobody can teach these people how to be fast and how to do their jobs correctly. 0/10

The manager they had today was horrible! They said they didn't DO or MAKE smoothies but when I came here along time ago like 3 months ago they said we will make it right now! Come on McDonald's!

We went here after shopping and the lady we had, hid her badge so no one could see her name, and she was very rude

We usually bring the kids to this place so they can play.
I mean they always mess up my food so it's a usual thing but this past time serving raw meat more then once.yeah its a joke. Considering they always mess up my food, I wasn't even upset this time until the 2nd & 3rd time!
Manager was extremely rude & unprofessional about it when I told him.

1st time we were not missing anything and the food was hot. Thank you was busy since it was inside the Walmart but we received the food quickly.

I enjoy shopping there and conversation with all people including employees. I can find anything I need, which makes it really Cool.

Always my favorite late night stop.lesson learned I guess for making a quick last min stop for food.never have I had a bad experience with this one location until last night.granted it was 15 mins til close, I was running late from work and it's on way home plus I'm there almost as much as the workers are.lol.but I ordered chicken sandwich and fries, one of my normal orders.from past experience, I know it takes longer then a few mins to make that order, the chicken anyways.the meat was luke warm and hard, the fries were barely warm and hard as well. I didn't get to go back casue I had left and then they closed.but I'm going to let the daytime manager know his nighttime manager gives out nasty disgusting tasting food just so he can lock up and go home, he's.always not known for the nicest managers there.

It's your typical McDonald's inside of another store. Service was fast and the people working there were polite
