McDonald's, Snyder TX

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too customer service is horrible, i usually order my food online so they can make it correctly but they always mess up my whole meal which i have to let them know and wait 30 minutes for them to remake it. None of the employees wear gloves managers are just sitting around talking while having a line in dine in and drive thru DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very clean out side guy was out taking care of parking lot and was so kind ppl on the inside were very nice too

It. McDonald's what can you say it that place your grew up had party's and always had good memories

Though I don’t like to give any negative feedback but McDonald’s could use more hands but I see what they go through and it’s not easy and laid back it’s go go go all the time for our McDonald’s is very busy, you guys are doing a wonderful job regardless. We still always go back no matter what the Frappes, and the hot caramel macchiato is my most favorites of all….

Super long wait times, a manager complaining about her job, and wrong orders. The only light in this place was the employee by the name of Jesusuit. She was working several different positions with a joyful attitude! She did her best to help me immediately! For the entire time She was extremely serving. Thankful for her hard work and kindness!

McDonald's y'all need to step up your game. Chick-fil-A is smashing yall in service, and food because of poor leadership, quality, and morals. This location was just bad. And Y'all been going down hill for too long all together.

As you’d expect from a small town McDonald’s, the customer service and food quality here is. You’ll wait for your food for forever and then when you try to correct an order or ask about status, none of the employees will actually bother trying to talk to you. You nearly have to go across the counter to get their attention because they’re just trying to ignore you the whole time.

The fries were burnt when I called to tell them my fries were burnt. They said I should eat them so I took them back. Very bad service. Lady was very rude

I eat lunch here occasionally, most of the time they are always short handed and backed up with extended wait time. Today the kiosks were down and no one at the register. It didn't take long to get the food, which was okay but better than nothing I suppose. Inside the store it smells kinda musty, like old mop water.

The staff was really friendly though the price's were a little high, but the food was exlent.

Bathrooms were disgusting, dirty tampon on the floor, no trash cans for feminine hygiene products

Placed my order online. Waited for someone to answer the drive thru. Had to go in only for the manager to say that since it's so close to closing they didn't have a lot of things. Had to get items I didn't order to avoid a refund. A bit of a shitshow.

Ordered on the app. I had to ask for my drinks. And forgot my dipping sauces. They over filled one bag and i ended up dropping one of my fries.

Never get our order right. And now we have to go up there immediately to correct or we’re out of luck? Sorry that’s just frustrating! Looks like it’s Sonic for our burgers from now on!

I wait for the shamrock shake every year. This McDonald’s had it the first day and for a week and half their milkshake machine has been “broken”. Why sell milkshakes? They don’t answer their phone, if they do they are either rude or don’t communicate with their team. Then they are rude when u get there and tell you they don’t know who you talked to but they aren’t going to honor it. Also 60% of the time their chicken is undercooked. If i could rate 0 i would.
