McDonald's, San Antonio TX

Manager was sweet. I was having issues with my making an online payment so he came outside to assist me. I really like the service because usually other's would not have bothered. Thank you for making my day and happy holidays.

Looks like a ghost town inside the place, however outside the drive thru cars, are lined up all the way into the street, all for a 20 piece chicken nuggets!

This 5 star is based soley on customer satisfaction, speed of service, and accuracy of my order. Staff was polite, quick and efficient in processing my order, and had my iced coffee in my hands in less then 5 minutes, start to finish. This was drive thru, cant comment on inside service.

I love this McDonald's, it's always clean especially the restrooms, and I love it because it still has the playplace which my grandchildren lovethank you keep up the good work,

After waiting in line for 25min, no hello just the amount paid, drove up handed food, no hello here either, no smiles, no napkins, straws, cold frys and my burgers were all wrong with cheese that wasnt even melted on my burgers. I tried to call to complain but only got the fax line. Ended up scraping off what we didnt like and microwaving to warm it up. This Mcdonalds is closest to my place but its getting worse. May need to visit another one even if it is further.

Good McDonalds just gets super packed and busy. Guess that's a sign that they're doing well though!

It's always good although at times there could be a long time to wait even if it's breakfast time.

Had me wait 20 min at the menu with no one in line just to take my order. I'm still waiting now at the time of writing.

I don't care for this particular McDonald's because I drive for a delivery service and there is not any parking. They expect you to block a lane on Losoya and they will run the food out to you. That doesn't work and you risk a 40.00 ticket for a 2.00 delivery. People staying in very fancy hotels downtown also can't be bothered to tip someone they won't see again.

The food was hot and ready in decent time, and the employees were friendly, if not overwhelmed. However, the place was on the dirty side, necessities were left empty, and the fountain drinks tasted awful. I do not plan to return in the near future for dine-in.

Nope so sad but some workers be there just to tell you that there are closed due to not enough workers so there always closed and its bad.

Brought my gdaughter to have dinner and it was a mess. I complained that the kids area needed to be cleaned.we were there for an hour and not once did they send someone to clean it.

Always long line take forever getting orders out by the time you get to the window drinks are water down from sitting to long waiting for other orders to come out. Food was cold yesterday I don’t come to Mc Donald’s often not my cup of tea but I do love the hot and spicy and the fries and was very disappointed in the time I did go hope you can fit this problem in the near future.

Kids playground is so filthy parents please don't let your kids play here the floor is as if they spilled honey and dirt yeah that dirty tables as well gross someone come sanitize this place asap!

There GREAT quick with yr orders DON'T talk to much but get those orders out quick I liked my experience an grade it with 5 stars

The longest wait ever, but the staff was friendly and food was fresh. Did not forget anything even remembered my son's sweet and sour!

This is my neighborhood McDonald's. I go here often. It's usually packed in the evenings and nighttime. The inside is very nice they did a good job remodeling the place. Parking is very limited at this location. Watch our for kids and pedestrians crossing through the drive thru area

You know what to expect when you go to McDonalds. Food is consistent and this restaurant was very clean. Very nice staff.

People can't count sugar in the coffee, no wonder you can't get a job somewhere else. McDonald's, please teach the people to count

Quick lane and a very friendly attendant at the drive through window. The food fresh and delicious.
