McDonald's #40421 reviews
17Brand McNew McDonald's up in the Cat Hollow/Brushy Creek area.nice folks even when extremely busy.
For starters we got free cookies because the CO2 machine was out. Next I got an extra nugget. Third for 20 cents I got an upgrade on fries. Fourth the employees were awesome
Ok, it's a McDonald's very clean and the service was great. I went inside as I hate drive thru. The Big Mac special (BOGO) was nice but typical. If you need something quick, it is worth stopping by but not a destination type place which is true of any McDonald's.
I go to this location almost every morning for a quick cheap breakfast and I always get an orange juice with my meal but yesterday they up charged me $1.50 for OJ and I asked why and they said that the meal comes with either coffee or a soft drink but OJ is more. Why? It's not like y'all are fresh squeezing the juice or anything so I think that's ridiculous. And today I didn't get my hash brown! Ruined my breakfast kinda. Get better and don't up charge for OJ on a breakfast meal.
Sparkling clean with pleasant modern decor. Manager was very nice and professional. Food delicious and fresh. I had forgotten how good their coffee is, a great buy compared to Starbuck's pricing and its a nice rich coffee roast that out does most regular restaurant chains in flavor and quality.
This is a new McDonald's restaurant that opened less than 6 months ago. The interior design of the restaurant is simple with no playground area attached to it and there is no self-serving fountain drink station in the dining area. There is one counter to order and 6 self-ordering kiosks; once with orders placed and paid, the staff would bring the food to the table. To be honest, I like this format as I can customize my order without feeling rushed.
Just opened on FM 620. As expected there are usually glitches upon new openings. Mc flurry machine not working. But I was polite and waited!
This is the first time I've been to this location, and I must say WOW! It's so clean and the service was very fast and efficient. My order was complete and correct. This is more of an express McDonald's, the staff are all in the back, you must place your order on the kiosk, and they will bring it to your table. The lobby is very clean, and so were the bathrooms. I will definitely be back to this location.
Meat was medium rare. It was bring your kids to work day and one of them was super loud. Wasting cups by not having a self serve soda machine. They have an automated drink system in the back that dispenses a new cup instead of refilling the existing cup.
I don't eat at McDonald's much but this place is brand new and I was in a hurry. My hamburger was as expected, good, the fries were piping hot and the place was clean. The next time I'm in a hurry I'll go here.
Very good customer service
There was a lady who helped us and was running around to help others, she was kind and very good customer service
This location is new. They have been doing great the few times I've gone there. Until recently, I had a bad experience with one of their employees. I had gotten a large lemonade, and for some reason, this employee got annoyed that I had asked to correct it from a medium. So she poured it into a large cup and poured more ice. Then I asked for ketchup packets to go, and she rolled her eyes and said there was ketchup in the lobby (ketchup, you pour into small cups). I had to inform her it was to go. I spoke to the manager, and he said his name was Eric, and he didn't have much to say.
Overall, it is McDonald's. But it's a new McDonald's. I was giving it the benefit of the doubt to be better since it's new. This all happened on Tuesday night.
Tldr: New employees are annoyed if you try to correct them about your order. So be wary about your orders. Start checking your food if you go here.
For the love of God, yall never put condiments in with the order. What the hell am I supposed to do with dry chicken nuggets?
Just a mess of a location, and it's brand new. They tried to build a McDonald's with an Apple store vibe and a modern streamlined ordering process, but they missed the mark. In doing that, they have made more work for the workers and the customers. Condiments, utensils, and drinks are not self serve so you have to stand around until someone gets them for you. Why they would build a drive-thru/pick-up style McDonalds with limited seating (Chipotle did the same thing) in an area with neighborhoods is confusing, yet they built a huge parking lot with limited entrances. You get an order number on your receipt, but also have one on the plastic tent, and there is another one on the table you sit at. I can see what they went for, but the execution is a total miss. Food has been cold and they tend to mix up the orders.
I love this quick snack and It always reminds me of my childhood. The happy meal is still a large serving but makes my heart so happy!
The Guy at the window was rude. Rolled his eyes. Also he needs to learn how to make sure people dont drive off without their food. The Survey i got would not let me say anything.
Everything is lousy, they sell things they don't have, then they want you to change them
