McDonald's, Sachse TX

In the many, many times I have visited this location over the past few years, every single time I am either given the wrong order or items are left out. I have lost money to this location again and again and I will absolutely be driving a few extra minutes down to the Garland location from now on. I have given this location one too many chances hoping they’d improve.

I adore this place a lot.theres a nice ambiance. The cuisine is great.the service is powerful and the waiters are courteous. The cost is fair.extremely recommend.

Service is a bit slow and bathroom could use a definite scrub down. Other than that not too much to complain about.

The guy the one that was really rude and couldn't hear me and kept making me repeat and gave me the wrong order.

Always a long wait to get food. Have to wait in the parking lot every time. Last two for 22 minute and 13 minutes only for them to get it wrong and then have an attitude about it and zero napkins zero condiments and burger with no meat. I try not to leave negative reviews, but this store needs some help from corporate. People that pay for items should receive what they ordered the way they ordered without the attitude.

HORRIBLE! Charged me 4 dollars for a small mocha frappe, AND charged me 3 times for extra chocolate drizzle AND charged me for a salad dressing that I didn’t order and when I said something to them they said “there’s nothing I can do” and DIDNT GIVE ME ANY EXTRA DRIZZLE. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY.

This McDonald's right here is very slow and somehow they still manage to get your order wrong! Smh. Probably 3rd slowest out of all the McDonald's I've been to.

Don't go to this place. "Open 24 hours" is a lie. Just left (12 a.m.) the parking lot, I attempted to get food and they denied me saying they were closed. Drive the extra mile and go to a different location. Terrible and lazy staff.
Update (8/26/18) @ 9: 10 p.m.: locked customers out, too lazy to take care of customers after 9. How annoying! AVOID!

Just tried to go through the drive-thru just now at midnight and the sign says “drive thru open 24 hours” no one took an order and pulled up to the window and the manager is at the front counter playing on his phone. I was honking the horn trying to get his attention and he refused to look. Then one of the employees came and told me they are under new management and are closed while the sticker next to the window says drive thru is open 24 hours. At least Taco Bueno was open!

I don't know about the overnight staff, however the morning staff are incredible people. Super nice and considerate. I know the evening employees get sub par reviews, but morning is top notch.

They close way too early Idk the reason for this.expect to no longer be able to dine in past 9pm makes no sense. Kroger Whataburger and wing stop close much later even subway closes at 10pm and taco bueno also at 10pm. I don't see why they can't stay open till 11pm or 12.waffle house is open why can't a McDonald's be open to dine in. They are drive thru open 24hrs but that's something else.

We drove up at 12: 13am and they tell us they are closed when it clearly says they are open 24hrs. Like what?

This McDonald's is pretty good, however recently their staff has been less than friendly in the drive thru area. They get it right about 8 out of 10 times.

We live in Wylie and drive to this one. Why well We LOVE this MC DONALD'S in SACHSE Food always fresh and staff is great they the BOMB,

Would be higher but ice cream machine has been down for over a week know. Staff is friendly but they let one of the works kids run around and Blairs the volume of there music or video way to loud.

Every McDonald's except this one has their happy meals at $3/each, their menu says they're $3.49/each, well they aren't. They ring up as $3.58/each PLUS and upcharge for the drinks. All I got was a I'm sorry in a rude way.nothing to make it right or anything. I won't ever go back.

I would not go back until they can replace the drive through employees and the cooks with robots, like they have at the counter.

I ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 2 senior Dr. Peppers. Was given a receipt that had nothing printed on it. Received 1 sausage biscuit, 2 cokes at full price.

They say 24 hours but are always closed don’t know if McDonald’s is going out of business or what but they lost my business. Takes to poor management whataburger will be getting my business from now on

Can almost never get an order right.kids taking the order are too busy laughing and goofing off with each other to care.
