McDonald's, Arlington TX

Used the Mobil order and ordered a smoothie along with some other things, when they came out they said the machine was broken and when I went to ask if I’m getting an exchange or refund she walked away! I called the store and they said I had to do something on the app.okay however I could not find a refund thing or anything on how I could dispute this! And then when I look in the bag they gave me spicy nuggets instead of normal ones. I do not like the spicy ones, I am very angry about the service tonight, everything about my order was a mess and they didn’t care to fix or even attempt to help. Horrible!

After 2am they just sit in there, play music, and say “were only accepting cash right now” so they don’t have to do anything.

Food is never fresh! They lie all the time at night saying they are closed.if you can help it don’t spend your money here.

The lady at the register was super nice and helpful. My family visited this location for lunch one day, it had an odor and the floor was sticky. They also left something out of my order but gave me no problems in correcting it. The chicken sandwich I ate wasn't very good though. It was dry and over cooked or maybe left out in the heating lamp too long. The stars is for the service. The food and facility needed work.

I was served an undercooked burger. The meat was pink almost all the way through. I understand it was busy, but you can't be serving undercooked meat.

Only messed up my order one time so far. Usually the people are cool and nice. My only critique is theres often a huge line and it has taken me up to 45 minutes to get through it. But the line inside is usually really short and often theres no line at all. I recommend.

Good across the board in the morning. Very, very slow in the evening. Slowest MD ever during that time.

Much better experience than at the McDonald's on Green Oaks. Everything was great except they forgot to give us plasticware and syrup.

I'm not sure at what point anyone decided that I wanted to listen to what they're playing on their phone. At this McDonald's it must be encouraged because 3 different phones are playing 3 different songs. I really didn't want to hear any of them, tbh. The manager sat in a booth and was interviewing or having a family reunion. I won't go back. The food is your usual McDonald's menu, nothing overwhelming about the quality

My McDonald's visit with my grandchildren was definitely& great stop not only for Burgers and Fries and drinks before the outside playscape wasn't very hot that day they have tables around the playscape outside and they had a GREAT TIME! The food was served expeditiously & everything was perfect!

Flies and maits flying around drink machine, place has a ba smell. The young man that took my order was pleasant but his nails were long with dirt under them, I asked for a refund bc I couldn't stomach eating after the experience. The health department needs to be involved

Nice communication skills but the extra questions that are hardly never asked were asked and I myself likes that genuine service

Ordered a mcchicken just to have it taste and smell spoiled. You should really check the dates on the products you use and not use expired products.

My order was incorrect, and it took over 15 minutes to get the food. The bread on the food was stale.

I've been here for carryout and drive through. The drive through was quick, both employees communicate clearly and were both friendly and courteous. On my carryout the counter person took my coupon without issue. My order was correct. The only issue was there were a bunch of flies near the ordering counter and at the drink machines. It was about 4pm so I'm not sure why it wasn't taken care off

Ice cream machine, Never works, there’s never good service here, they run out of ice all the time! They even run out of barbecue sauce! Terrible! Terrible

So my son just came from McDonald’s had his mouth set on eating a nice hot apple pie. Gets home open the box and there’s a big bite taken out of his apple pie.smh

This McDonald's food always fresh and hot.the drive line stay packed that's how u know its some good goin on!

Order was completely wrong through the drive through. They were packed and we were stuck with an incorrect order.

I went this store several times for ice cream but each time they are saying ice cream machine doesnot work.
