It was okay. Went to the one on Jefferson St. Well, there was no long wait, so that was good. No more than 5 min. They get a thumb up.

Terrible service wait 15 minutes for a couple of coffes when they finally gave them to me they were mess up. Terrible attitude and service.

Seems like whatever time of day and any of the many choices i pick from the menu (burger chicken or fish) it always fresh and hot.

They charge for EVERYTHING! This is the only location that does that.
49 cents for extra caramel drizzle.
20 cents for ranch.
15 cents for ketchup.
WAIT, DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NAPKINS TOO?

I went to drive thru thinking it would be faster but no. I still waited 30 min for just chicken tenders.n still had to go inside to get my order.never again will I go to this McDonald's

I absolutely love this McDonald’s! I will pass 10 McDonalds just to come to this one. The customer service is amazing and if you go in the morning speak to Toya! She will get your day started just right! Everyone there has a smile on their face and no matter the rush the food will ALWAYS be HOT!

Friendly staff, and the aqua tank in the middle dining area makes your eat-in good, unless your having the cape cod burger. Good overall

Cheap food, mmm, excellent.got there near six, it wasn't packed at all.had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again.prices were decent.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s quite a few times and on multiple occasions my order has been messed up. I’ve gotten wrong food as well as not even received items I’ve paid for. It’s even more annoying that the drive through attendant will even confirm my order then give me the wrong food. It’s not worth the trip back to get the right food as the staff is rude and unfriendly.

Went there during my lunch break. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg. Received a sausage mcmuffin, no egg. And it the muffin was a little burned.

Food is good but restaurants is deteriorating and nobody is fixing it are this guys waiting for someone to have a accident. Nobody wants to see this kind of stuff, plus is anot safe for kids.

Love this place! Super busy, but this is what you call fast food! Children so my child can have fun are always there. Great customer service from my point of view. And they have a pretty big fish tank!

Well I'm not to Happy doing Uber Eats for this location, let me start over. It's not the location, it's a customer in this area that WITHOUT a Doubt on his behalf that I Ms. Uber Eats didn't deliver his food and therefore I wasn't paid. But I have my GPS showimg my location for drop off. I don't understand how the Customer is ALWAYS Right!

I just here at 7: 57pm. The worst customer service that I have been to at McDonald's. When the young girl was giving me the food, I was going to ask for ketchup for my fries but she turn her back on me.

Marcela the front cashier girl is so damn rude. Every single time and always gets my order wrong.

Very rude staff, you thank them and they don't even respond. Fast service and good tasting food.

My baby’s favorite thing to get is apple slices and you people gave us EXPIRED APPLE SLICES. WHY ARE YOU SERVING EXPIRED FOOD? It smelled like wet paint when I opened them. Happy meals are most like for kids. WHY ARE YOU PLAYING WITH PEOPLES CHILDREN? ! I’m calling the city of Dallas since y’all obviously need an expection

Every time I go my order gets messed up. My kids meal is always missing the drink or the food. I try calling every single time and no one answers. Just the worst Mcdonalds Ive been to. If there was a way to give it no stars I would.

They clearly lack great customer service. Constantly talking each other about their weekends rather than paying attention to the orders. Then when they do get a chance to do the orders, they seem lost. They lack everything to be great employees.
Managers don't seem to be concerned on a speedy order when needed.

I guess this what happens when one hires inexperience children.

Showed up 45 minutes before close and the doors were locked. I literally went out of my way to go here. Will not be back.
