McDonald's, San Antonio TX

They don't know what they are doing. Called to talk to the manager and was left on hold to wait. Then someone finally answer to not even know what was going on. I have worked for McDonald's and this place is a disgrace. Old fries, no sauce for nuggets, wrong burger. They tried to give the wrong drinks. I don't think they are trained for this job.

The manager, Moises, at this location is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Our order was incorrect, we had to wait in the drive thru in the rain twice and rather than being helpful, he couldn’t set aside his pride or attitude to even say sorry once.

Why is the night shift so slow? There was like 3 cars and y’all managed to take an hour. Smh! Do better!

Delicious food at this location. One of the better McDonald's in the area. I'd stop by regularly.

Drive thru was very slow and they didn't give us 1 of our 2 burgers. The large fry wasn't full - more like a medium size amount.

They were not able to understand me or what i was asking for. The McDonald's in Wal-Mart at potranko much easier.

Food was good the only problem is in the kids play area not to many tables having to stand to wait for a table to clear is not to good other than that everything is good

First visit to this location since the remodel and it is really nice inside now. Much more comfortable seating and better lighting. They now have the order kiosks, if there is a longer line. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. It is still McDonald's food but it does seem that they are working on improving that Aldo. A very pleasant experience.

Forgot a bag of our food called and manager replaced it FRESH and quick, very satisfied after a mess up manager was very nice and professional

This place sucks!
The girl working the counter is absolutely retarded can't even ringing up my order properly the people making the food are skimpy with the condiments and things that are supposed to be on the sandwiches.when I let the manager know that they're supposed to be two pieces of cheese on a Big Mac he was rude refused to give me his name and I had to call corporate on him!

Went in during lunch. The parking lot was full and the drive through was packed so I went inside and ordered just a big Mac and got it in less than 5 minutes. Speedy service and the handle well under pressure

The Walmart McDonald's are the best ones they actually treat the food like it meant to be eaten

Rating for the staff; appreciate playground and touchpad in A. C.for the kids. Staff and customers seem well aware that the slick floors are destined to leave someone with a cracked noggin. If you get a survey, make sure you note the shaky footing; maybe somebody up the chain will pay attention before it's too late.

Fast friendly, some of the times. But usually have to go back so they can fix my order which I had repeated a few times.

Don't go here in the evening unless you plan on waiting for about 15 minutes for a sausage biscuit. I sure hope it was made fresh!

Remodel looks great.restaurant, play area and restrooms, clean.for now. Hopefully it can stay that way. Food delivered quickly.

I was very cuz cashier didnt give me my $15.00 change & when i went back spoke with Manger to get my money he didnt even come out & say he was sorry for what had happen some other girl came to give me the money. I felt that was very in professional of him being he was the manger. Martina Leija

This employee named David on his badge was very kind and generous he brought me my fries and did my order correct and he had a nice attitude

Grate service food was fresh and fast and the kids section was Awsome game screens on the tables and the play area is something we havenever my kids ages 8-5-2 had bunch of fun!

Bad, place. I had to go to the, bathroom 2 times because i had fire diarrhea.it felt like, my butt hole was on fire.i had to use the ext anted water nob.in my shower, to calm it down.i will probably come back again sense im stupid.
