Everyday Sweet Tea Half Cut.
Gotta have it.
However I haven't found a location yet where I don't have to order my sweet tea HALF CUT, and surprisingly so, every location I've been to across county's in Texas, from Montgomery to Waller thru Polk to Harris and as far down south as Galveston; they all know the term "Half Cut". Face it McDonalds if people from all over Texas are asking for their sweet tea to be diluted with NON Sweet Tea because your Sweet Tea is TOO SWEEET, you may wanna cut cost in your sugar expense by not making it so sweet. Are we the only state who uses the ordering term " Half Cut"?

My fiancé and I stopped in this location today and were shocked that one of the McDonalds employees was smoking a cigarette in the men’s restroom.

Place is always dirty where you sit to dine. People with very poor customer service skills. Please clean the place and especially where the children play. Train your employees how to greet and say thank you. It seems most of your employees are from other countries. Not a problem. In this country you treat customers with dignity and respect.
I have gone to this McDonald’s and that is what I have seen and experienced.

Get your fries right. Either change the frying oil more often or stop dropping thawed out fries to cook, probably a combination of both.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and two mc flurries! We get to the window and the machine is down at 11: 00 in the middle of the day because it needs to be cleaned? Idk what’s going on but y’all need to get it together.

We went there for ice cream and their machine wasn't working. Then we asked for their pie and they only had one. Then we asked for decaf coffee and we had to wait for them to make some. I guess we'll start going down the street to Chickfila for their ice cream.

Asked for extra mayo on my sandwiches cos I know the employees at this location is stingy with the amount of mayo they put and it was barely nothing even after telling them I want extra mayo!

Wish I could give this place no stars, but to write a review, you have to touch one. Ordered a Big Mac and got home with a fish sandwich. Manager said sorry and he will work with the drive thru people. Went back several times afterwards and for some strange reason, they would ask us to pull up past the window and wait for the food. There wasn't a soul behind us. Then again, they told us to park on the side in a parking spot. And then the people behind us also. We waited about 35 seconds, on average. Even when there was no one around. We figured that they are trying to make their drive-thru time look good for their boss. When they ask the people why we have to move, they don't speak any English.

I want to shout out Paola IS the BEST Person there working. Had my issue with this place and she managed to fix it.allays very friendly, fast, genuine and professional. Thank you for the work you do and making sure my order is right. There is quite a few people that could learn from her! Thank you!

Normally this location is fine, but this past Sunday the biscuit on my breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. I would have asked to exchange it if I wasn't already 10 minutes away. Oh well, I'll be back again. The egg mcmuffin sandwich was hot and delish.

The McDonalds chain went the plastic cups for the large that don't hold the drink cold at all. On top of that the service is slow and not so accurate.

This place is on of the nicer McDonald's. Always clean and never has sticky floors like some do.

They just have the best unsweet tea on the planet. They use plastic covers for the pots that they change with every pot made and it keeps the tea fresh.

I skip the one by my house to go to this one, it's faster. Even with a big line of cars, I was in and out in 5 minutes

It's hard to rate McDonald's on this app because it really depends on location with McDonald's. Some of them are pretty good and some just plain suck.

This place is a nightmare! Staff is completely incompetent and the manager is scolding and berating the employees in front of customers! Food is decent, but not worth the atmosphere.

My husband goes here almost everyday for lunch and he's never complained. Its always quick and his orders always right.

Guy taking Order is in a rugged jacket and old out of place hat. Doesnt look clean at all. Once again old nuggets. Had decided to give the plave another try. Wont happen again.

We needed to use their WiFi because are evacuated from Hurricane Harvey and don't have our own place yet. The manager had no problem for us to bring in a tv and a game console for my son. The employees were very kind.
