McDonald's, San Antonio TX

The filet o fish is never assembled correctly and is usually light on the tartar sauce. This meal was no exception.

Second time that this has happened, but the fries definitely tasted either old or has been left out in some way. And the nuggets always somehow comes out cold, dry, or old. Its honestly a bit sad and I wouldn't bother coming by this location, definitely worth driving another 5-10 minutes to another mcdonald's.

Amazing this place add both lines. Each car was able to order within a few moments and received their food ready at the window. I actually called the manager so that she could let her crew know what an amazing job they do

Went around 6pm drive thru was beyond packed! Walked in, placed my order, was in and out in no time! Order was spot on Great Job McDonald's!

Burger was hot but fries were hard and cold. 3rd time here shake machine was down if they don't want to make shakes take them off the menu or if they are cleaning the machines every night at 8 or 9. Post ot that there are no shakes after 0 8pm or whenever but dont lie saying machines down for cleaning at 8pm. When talking to an employee was told they clean them around 10 or 1030 at night so there was no good reason for them to lie and say it was down for cleaning at 8 pm. Cant trust a liar

The box had 12, but they tasted old and stale as if they just re-heated them.

I work here and the staff team is very helpful and kind. Service gets a little stressed at times so you have to bear with them about all the angry customers. Ask to say hi to Sky!

Everything was fine right and when i made a change st the window they complied patiently. Very nice.

I was greeted quickly and with a smile. Impressed with Ashley, and how she manages this restaurant.

Not enough parking and drive thru was very slow. Ordered our food and when we received it checked it and it was all wrong, even after telling them over and over what we wanted. Disappointed in their service.

Family Craft night is perfect for the whole family. The kids get to do free crafts while Mom and Dad get to relax for a while.

Great place for quick bites but i know its not just me.the food never looks like the pics.ordered from the new custom menu and while the burger was good the looks were definitely lacking and it was smaller than the big mac. Which isnt big at all.just my rwo cents

Waited 5 minutes before anyone even noticed me at the counter. The cashier was rude, what happened to smiling faces. The playground smells like a urinal. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Dirtiest MacDonald's I've been to in quite a while. The floors feel like they use the fryer oil in the mop bucket. EVERYWHERE! The kids play area turned the kids socks BLACK as night. The kids said there was a pool of black liquid up in the slides. Will never be back.

The staff is nice but they never get my order right and I'm always missing something and when I stayed it because I go there every morning they never replaced or reimburse for what they had done incorrectly the day before that just seems wrong to me.

I can only register once a month to get discount on buy one get one free of the recite. We go to McDonald's almost every weekend. Their should not be a limit how many times you register? I will not give a rating! @

Food is generally good but they forget condiments sometimes. Also the tea or soft drinks are sometimes watery.

A little slow getting our food via drive through. But, it was fresh, hot and after 0200 in the morning. Great Customer service.

Love this place great location a little slow on speed of service though when you need to be at work takes a while just for 1 cup of coffee but I've had issues with Fry's being cold too bummer
