McDonald's, San Antonio TX

This is my McDonald's by my house and I hardly ever go there because they are extremely slow and the food is always sub par

Generally pretty quick, the last couple of times I did curbside, I had to wait over ten minutes after I parked. Today was the worst, after I parked and paid, I had to wait 17 minutes. I finally had to knock at the dining room door. Turns out it was sitting on the counter. Then to top it off, they got the order wrong, not recommended until they get their old management back

Worst McDonald's EVER! Waited in line for 45 minutes to half my food, cold fries.and old tea! It was the worst experience I've ever had in ANY fast food establishment.

If I could give this location less than one star I would. Service is slow, The orders are never correct, The fries are old or under cooked, And the nuggets look and taste if that sat in a nugget box for hours.this place will not get another cent from me much less the company as whole!

Not a good location. They always miss something from my order or never have the sauce I ask for. Employees have attitude when you ask them for stuff.

Fish was fresh nuggets prices to high
Employe was friendly and nice
When u asked for fish to be cooked fresh it was not a problem.

Very bad shift managers. Linda, Auna, VERONICA. Very bad attitudes. Customers can hear what they say. Very unprofessional. Especially when they talk about other managers or crew. Then talk in spanish as if they think others don't know what they are saying.

Rude! Dude at the window acted like the extra BBQ sauce we requested came directly out of his paycheck! What's up with that? !

Depends on the time of day that you go if service is fast or slow, or fries will be hot or cold. Friendly service always though.

I'm surprised how many people don't tip I work for uber eats that's just makes me wanna eat your food I'm using my gas and my car and my miles for 3 dollars sometimes y'all non tipers should be ashamed of even ordering food walk your but then if you ain't gonna tip

Enjoyed my pleasant experience all by the Male manager. Not good with names but I think his name was Richard, very professional and nice and because I had completed the survey, I receive a free dessert. I would surely return to this same McDonalds as long as he is present.

Tables where dirty. Staff behind counter unpolite. Had to go back to get rest of order. Forgotten specialty ice coffee. Making faces at customers.

Every time we come the lobby is full of vagrants. The management doesn't even try and get them out when they harass customers.

Slow and when you use the drive thru they typically tell (they’re not asking) you to move up to the 2nd window to wait for your order although. This occurs even though you are ordering any of the typical meals or chicken McNuggets. It’s not like your ordering something unusual. It’s a pain to have to wait and then left waiting for an extended period of time

Very poor service in the drive thru if the customer service representative doesn't know how to read or know the difference between a coke and a Dr. Pepper. Its not the first this has happen. That's one of the several reason I don't eat at McDOnald's it has happen at different McDonald's.

People nice places clean would rather not see a 30 minutes sign saying that's how long you have to eat just need to stay in the building

Out of Dr pepper and sprite. And told me that they don't sell 20 pc mcnugget meal I had to by 40 pc mc nuggets with 2 LG fries meal. I saay (B. S) drive thru was slow. Don't even get me started on people working the. Drive thru. So so clueless

They made my hamburger wrong again.talk to Kenny the manager. Asked to remake my burger; while I was standing there a lady walks up to the counter; she says I ordered a hamburger with no pickles my son is allergic to pickles. The cook took the pickles off the hamburger through the pickles in trash rap the hamburger back up and tryed to give it to the lady.
I think Kenny made everything right with me. I don't think they did anything to my hamburger.

Food was alright but almost all the tables were either dirty or stained and the place itself smells horrible
