McDonald's, Houston TX

Couldn't wait to get home to eat.so hungry it was right on time. # Value fry & burger.better now I'm full.

So they got my order wrong twice even when we got to the window and corrected it they still got it wrong the 2 girls at the window were eating, talking, and on they're phone so I definitely won't ever go back because of the horrible service

My order is always wrong when I go there and today there was hair in my food.
Only reason I go there is because it's closest to my house.

Worst McDonald's.fast food restaurant in America. Service slow and usually unprofessional. Food undercooked. They're always going to forget something you ordered

I'm completely confident in saying this is most poorly run McDonalds on the US. From service, to wait, to taste. Will never give em another dime of my money

Okay food. Service could improve. Ordered additions to my burger and paid extra but did not receive them!

McDonald's is basically a place where kids can go and have fun and eat breakfast and have a good time and give us parents time to rest and take a breather

It's a decent McDonalds. Haven't had an issue with my order here yet. Dislike coming at night, takes too long and drive thru line gets backed up fast.

Awful Awful long wait before employee asked for order, order slush got to window to pay and then was informed then machine wasn't working.smh

Order was wrong and clerk in drive thru, Draven, was beligerant (raising her voice, eye & neck rolling, argumentative and condescending) toward me, regarding her error. 2nd window staff and manager were reluctant to give the name of the first staff member, even after I asked several times and explained the problem twice.

Waited in drive thru line for 20 whole minutes. How do y’all not have any ice cream? It’s summer!

Waited 30 min for two mcgriddles n a mcdouble horrible bread was kinda hard sandwich was sloppy
