McDonald's, Mineral Wells TX

All food was old and nasty gave us the wrong drinks watered down think they gave us drinks that was sitting there when some forgot money. Beginning to think they should've closed and Burger King stayed open

The man working the window on the evening shift was rude. He informed me he is the one that works at McDonald's.

The staff has no idea what their doing. I orded a 10pc nugget i get home open the box and it was a chicken patty somone had cut into 3 pieces. ‍️ while at the window they then proceeded to argue with me that the bag they just handed me without fries had fries in them.while i was holding the bag up and open in clear view so they could blantely see that there wasnt any.the argument lasted a solid 2-3 minutes.

I like there Fountain drinks they have the perfect carbonation then any fountain drink place in town

After waiting 20 minutes in the drive throne they got my order wrong. These people are worst than whataburger at speed and getting orders correct. They will never cease to amaze me at how supremely horrible they are.

When I want something fast I go here. Out of one year, they served me old fries once. I have tried to use the app to order and always have trouble so I just pull up to order now. Other than that, it's a good location for a quick bite to eat.

It was o.k. But the fries were cold an looked like they had scooped the short scraps up to make a order. The burgers had a piece of lettuce about the size of a quarter.

The drive thru was quick and my sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle was delicious as always I give it a 10/10: would drive thru again.

Always get same thing for my mom Mocha Frappuccino never wait long always fresh and cold she is 82 and loves being surprised with one everyday if someone brought her one. Thank you McDonalds for having something my 82 year old mother something to look forward to as she says at her age there not many things to look forward to going or getting. Thank so much

Usually gets everything right an food is good. Be sure to double check when you say hamburger they don't add cheese though.

I'm giving one star today. I was attending a birthday party for my friend's 3 yr old granddaughter. The party was confirmed by corporate two weeks ago that she could host at the Mineral Wells location. When the party arrived the manager or acting manager, and I say that very lightly, kicked everyone out in a very unprofessional manner. Way to crush a baby's little heart We all went to Pizza Hut and they were AMAZING! In the end McDonald's lost out on a lot of business. Huge party.

It's like any other McD, slightly below average hamburgers due to their use of frozen patties. It's quick and relatively cheap

Very yummy double side biscuits and gravy. Management seemed very nice restaurant was very clean surprisingly. Inside service was pretty decent. Pretty good place to take your family to go inside and eat.

Drive thru generally gets order wrong in some way, and while not rude, most of the staff doesn't try to hide they do not like their job.

Uisaly theynare friendly but this morning nope the girl innthe first window was rude as hell and didnt even want to poen the window to take my money

This McDonald's puts ours to shame! They are quite efficient and rarely get an order wrong! They are quite pleasant, too! Can you guys come teach our McDonald's how to do it correctly?

If you're headed to Weatherford just keep going that way and stop at their McDonald's. I refuse to go to this one if I can absolutely avoid it due to the fact they never seem to have their act together. Their managerial staff is pretty professional it's the underlings that can be pretty testy and rude.

Went through the Drive - Thru about 10 minutes ago ordered just a large fry then low and behold i reach in the bag to eat some of the fries and they were stone cold. Ive tried calling literally 10 times only to ring out to voicemail. Smh. They're usually pretty good tho

This McDonalds has a 3.4 rating at the time of this review and I must say.way to high for the constant incompetence of this resteraunt. If you want to order some delicious food and almost be guaranteed they'll either screw up your order or not give you everything you ordered then this is your place to go to else wise keep driving to Weatherford if you want a good McDonalds experience.

Was really slow. Got my order wrong. Asked for an Apple pie and cream pie. Got two Apple pies instead.
