McDonald's, Houston TX

I always go to this McDonald’s because unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my house. It is the worse though. I mean the food is always good temperature and tasty but they ALWAYS forget something! All the time! I could bet $ every time I go that they will forget something and I’d be rich by now. Even when I DoorDash or Uber eats, there’s ALWAYS something missing! It’s more likely to happen during breakfast than lunch, if I’m being honest. So to whoever packages the breakfast, please retrain them. Thank you!

Nothing triggers me like the McDonald's at Jones and Grant. My daughter is autistic and loves McDonald's breakfast. So I get her a big breakfast with hot cakes as a treat every week. They always forget something. This time got all the home before realizing there was no biscuits in the meals. I tried to pack it up and take it back because she won't eat it incomplete but she refuses me to take her food but insisted we go back for the biscuits. The guy at the window made me pay for the biscuits because I didn't have the meals with me. Absolutely no sense and I'm just furious that nobody there knows what goes into their menu items. And seriously I had a receipt just give me the biscuits!

What is the problem with McDonald's is good customer service and work ethic no longer a requierement for hires. Such horrible service and attitude from the managers them selves the only one that was a decent employee was a young hispanic women. Ordering hot cakes no longer include syrup you have to purchase that separate? Asking for extra caramel in your coffee before hand is now a crime. What happened to getting a job a doing the best at that job it shouldnt matter what job it is.

The problem I have with McDonalds they do not like to give you no ketchup do not put napkins in your bag you have to ask them for ketchup and other stuff go with your food

This is the best Mc Donald I have ever been to. They are always friendly. Fast service. I’m there every morning getting breakfast 7 days a week. And I can’t stress enough how good there service truly is. I’ve listen to how some customers treat them. But they are still professional and smile. I want to thank the employees for always being on point. You are truly appreciated.

Every SINGLE time I come to this location, regardless if I've order breakfast or lunch combo, no matter the time, I'm always told to pull forwards, and etc. Cool, fine and dandy. Today I went there to get a simple Double Quarter Pounder, was told to pull forwards. Again, whatever, no big deal. A few minutes go by, and the 5 other cars that were behind me got their drinks AND combos, while I'm still (at this point annoyed) waiting for my food. Confronted them about it, their excuse was "We had to wait for the meat to cook. " Tell me how that makes sense? So you're telling me the 5 customers that were behind me, none of their combos had me? 100 percent BS. This was BY FAR the worst experience I've had with McDonald's. Change something! Your customer service and "efficiency" doesn't exist at this location.

Love the mocha frappes and the little girl put so much chocolate on top of the whipped cream it was delightful best one I ever had

Food not fresh the way you order. Very bad customer service. I would not recommend no one to come to this McDonald's. If I could give no stars I would!

I ordered thru mobile app for 6 piece meal for daughter medium with bbq sauce. She will only eat with bbq sauce. Get my order to find out hey gave me small frys I was going to go back an get correct frys but didn’t want my daughters food to get cold. I get home and they gave me “sweet n sour sauce” not sure who doesn’t know how to read a simple order. No one answers the phone over incompetence of directions people can’t follow

So I just walked in for breakfast. I ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle meal, with a round egg, extra bacon (which I paid for) with a Lg Caramel Frappe with extra caramel. They forgot the bacon after I specifically said that I wanted to add bacon to the sandwich. Make sure you guys are getting your orders accurate. They got everything else correct. I just wish they would have given me exactly what I paid for, that’s all. I’m not asking for special treatment here. I’m a McDonalds employee from another store. But what if I was a food critic? I guess this review makes me one.

I purchased two vanilla latte, but for some reason something was not right with them. However, the manager lupe, made it all better remade the Latte's. She provided great customer service.

First off I do not need to have an argument at a drive through over weather or not I can have an extra sauce cup. She was rude as she “educated” me on the sauce rules. And they want $15 an hour.

Pretty good restaurant, I go here all the time. Staff is pretty friendly but they do have some managers that can be very rude which refrain me from coming as there an hours of the day. I have had a few things missing in my order multiple times but for the most part they do fix it.

Cleanest fast-food restaurant inside or outside I've seen. Fast, good food at a reasonable price. Homestyle burger is my favorite. I think it is the pepper mustard that makes the difference.

What a terrible location. I order an item off the menu and they tell me it doesn't exist. I take a picture of the menu and show it to the window attendant and they tell me to basically F off. Grats on fantastic service. Another terrible franchisee. I hope you don't want 1.39 nuggets. They don't exist even though they are clearly printed on the menu.

Not too many McDonald's i can trust. But I come to this location regularly & I'm never disappointed. Food is always delicious & fresh!

My last visit to this McDonald's, wasn't that great, one i was ignored by every employee, they looked at me, i smiled, and i received this go away look. Doesn't seem they are enjoying their jobs. Unless that is how they are trained, then they are doing an awesome job. After purchasing an order for 19 dollar's as a take out order, i get home only to find out that I was shorted a french Fri. If you eat there double check your orders. 9 out of 10 the milk shake machine doesn't work.

Person taking order was not paying attention. Ordered 5 meals. Charged for an extra meal, messed up the order on two other meals. Barely apologetic.

Slow at the counter and in the drive thru they won't have the cars pull over to wait so you have to wait for every other cars order to be cooked because they are too lazy tp carry the food outside. So drive thru can be a 10 to 20 minute ordeal to get your food that was getting cold during the time they made you wait.

Every time you order through the drive-thru they make you wait in the parking spot no matter what
