20DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My previous comment got deleted so I’ll post again. Approximately 5 years or so ago I specifically went in looking for a 4 wheel drive vehicle as I live in Iowa 90% of the time. Was told by the snake oil salesman Scotty that the Nissan Xterra I test drove had it. So me being young and naive I believed him. He called everyday for a couple weeks seeing how I liked the car. I was just thinking “wow what a nice guy” well the Calls suddenly stopped when the time had come that I couldn’t return the vehicle. Now I understand why he was calling everyday because once I realized the vehicle didn’t have 4 wheel drive I’d be back trying to exchange for one that did. Well I ended up stuck with the vehicle I specially didn’t want because of a terrible used car salesman. Again, DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!
Where do I begin.
On the first day I took my car here I waited 4 hours and they told me the transmission valve needed to be replaced so they did that. I was back 2 days later because the car was driving WORST than when I had first gone. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me the valve was faulty and they would fix it if I came back the next day. So I went back the next day and waited for almost another 2 hours for them to tell me the car needs a whole new transmission and i would have to wait until the following Monday to get that fixed. So I show up on Monday expecting to get a new transmission and they tell me that they have to re diagnose the car (which would have been fine if thats what was communicated). So I wait ANOTHER 2 hours for them to diagnose it and they tell me to bring the car in the next day and they’ll fix it. I go to pick my car up after they said the transmission was replace for them to tell me it’s still not done because they put the wrong transmission in the car so I have to wait another day to get my car back. I finally have my car fixed but overall a HORRIBLE experience.
We went in to trade in our Nissan NV passenger van and just look at our options and we left with a 2022 Armada that my wife is in love with.
Parts had to be ordered to fix broken passenger mirror and some kind of hose to make heater work properly. Wrong mirror was ordered at first initial visit. I’m surprised at the heater issue with my truck, only having 50,000 miles on it. Pickup is parked in garage anytime I’m not at work. I also think the labor charges were a little high, most especially $75 to just replace the mirror in the mirror housing.
Colby Torres was our sales rep and he was fantastic! My hubby can be a hard one sometimes as he is in sales as well and Colby even greatly pleased him! We will most definitely recommend him and McGavock Nissan!
I’m stationed in Florida, but originally from Amarillo. I wanted to keep everything Texas by purchasing my vehicle in AMA. Omar made my experience as smooth as he could, coordinating with my father and I. I was able to fly into AMA and have a 30 minute in and out session. I received my vehicle and learned everything about it in a timely manner in order for me to see my family and have the vehicle of my dreams.

My wife and I both want to thank you for your assistance on Saturday. We were 6-7 hours away from home (Dallas) when we heard metal on metal grinding from the front of our 3-month old 2022 Armada. Since we were trailing our 4,000 lb travel trailer, needless to say we were fearful of traveling back to the DFW area, before having the situation corrected. Then, while traveling to your shop from Palo Duro, our check engine light came on. We were extremely concerned by that time. When we arrived, we were greeted by Tony, who took the time to listen to our situation and promised to get us seen even though we did not have an appointment. Your team resolved both issues within a short amount of time. We were able to get back to the canyon by 12: 30pm, with plenty of time left for a hike. We were hoping not to encounter any lingering issues during our drive/trail, back home. And I am delighted to say that it was smooth sailing all the way back, without issue.
McGavock took care of my wife and I when we were in a bind. And also, at a time I was starting to regret having traded my 2020 HYUNDAI Palisade in, for the new Armada. Everything is now fine, and you and Tony, have restored my faith in Nissan. Please give Tony a strong handshake and a pat on the back for his Exceptional Customer Service. It feels good to know that you are the kind of people standing behind me as I go up and down the highways in my Nissan.

I made an appointment and my truck was taken in right away. The service tech explained all that was done and the entire staff was very friendlly.
My sales person Colby Torres and my finance guy was amazing did a great job getting me into a nice ride and worked with me every little bit of the buying process and kept me updated on everything.
My car had a recall and an oil leak, both issues were quickly addressed and resolved. To me, washing my vehicle was above and beyond my expectations, and Greatly appreciated!

Back in March 2019, I purchased a Rogue with the sunroof. My sunroof leaked before I took ownership of the vehicle. It was said to have been fixed however it wasn't and so I had to take ownership of my vehicle however i was unable to use the sunroof due to the issue. A few days later i took my vehicle back to get the vehicle fixed which was done in a day.so I thought. My sunroof leaked on me while in the drive thru getting some food.so I went back to get it fixed. I appreciate them making sure I was taken care of even though I had to go back multiple times.
Got my 2018 nissan rogue air conditioner fixed wasn't cheap but they had all the parts and very fast service.for traveling through these guys are the real deal and second to none thanks Kato my Ac works like a champ again. And best part there not a bunch of hacks they do quality work at a decent cost for dealership

Let the ball drop. Pinpointed a van we needed for work. Never received photos as they stated would happen. We were told this vehicle was on it's way so wait so they can get back to us. Then it had to go in the shop. Told us to wait. Just here waiting to buy. Just to have them sell it to someone else. Explained that we wanted the van and that this was for sure. Horrible. No real customer service these days, people forget to follow through. Thanks for nothing
