Very slooowwww place to get unloaded. Got on dock at 845 for 9pm appt. For 14 pallets. 175$ lumber fee. Unloading completed around 10 pm. Been sitting here another 3 hours waiting on paperwork. Just ridiculous.
They don't allow drivers to use the facilities, there was a freeze tonight so people had to run way outside the warehouse to some porta-johns. It took over 6 hours for them to actually unload me. Ridiculous.
Arrived at 1230 checked in at 1500 got an door around 1730. Capsule pay somehow lock my phone number do I could not get an text to osh lumper gave them an EFS code that system was running slow finally got lumper paid and paper worked left at 2345!
This damn place is hell on earth light has been green for an hr I go check to see wheres my txt to pay lumper to find out she sent it to the wrong number and I know fasure I wrote my number clearly.almost feel like it was done intentionally
Has over night parking buy just like any McLane across the country will spend 5 hours unloading you
Don't come to this place, what a bad company with the trucks. I've been here since 8 p.m, it's 4 a.m, nothing.
This McLane has it together well done In and out an hour before my appointment they have parking and clean Porta potties
Arrive at your appointment time because they won't unload you if you arrive early, I arrived at 4: 30 in the afternoon, my appointment was at 12 and they unloaded me at 12 but they kept me waiting for the lumper which is another pain head. They only waste your time.
It’s not a fast phase facility. You gonna need to wait for a while so hold your angers.
Park at staging are before the guard shack, walk to the gate with your paperwork, make sure bring your CDL and a pen. Or you have to walk back to get the License. The personals working are nice, the system they have in place doesn’t seem practical. I have to pay lumper for delivery (some maybe have an account). My time 5 hrs w/ full truck.
Got a door 90 minutes before my appt. About as fast as any other McLane. Overnight parking tho is clutch!
Of so many bad reviews that I read, I was only scared, but I had a great time here. Registration at 5pm at the booth, you must fill out a paper with your information and they will call you to give you the door, then you take the papers to the office near gate 70 on the ramp. My appointment was at 8: 00 p.m. And 2045 was already downloaded. Make lumper payment and papers ready immediately. Friendly staff in the booth and in the office.
McLane will be McLane every place is different, the front desk people were very nice, and it's the normal 2 to 3 hour wait, they have overnight parking as well so it's a good stop.
