I don't believe I've ever been treated so rudely as I was today at their service department. They acted like they couldn't care less if I let them fix it. I took it to Johnston Ford in New Boston and they took care of it in 45 minutes while I waited. I'm certain I will not be back.

Sat outside 30min nobody helped me. Took my butt to valvoline and got in n out. These people are to busy 2 ask me if I needed help

Solid crew, had all the paperwork ready when I arrived. Looking forward to doing business with them again.

I wouldnt buy a car or truck from them they sold my daughter a truck knowing it had problems and took it back and they didnt want to admit they sold her a truck with problems she took it back the next day after it broke down on side of road with me her and mt three grandbabies and said it not ower problem its yours now

I'd been driving GM products, for over twenty years. I test drove a new Expedition, and loved it. Now have 7,000 miles on it, and like it even more. Good trade in, and most importantly, they made transaction easy. Will be back when I need another vehicle. I give Todd Shores McLarty Ford five stars!

Purchased my daughter’s Escape from here. Easy perfect experience on the sales side and the service side has been 5 star as well, from oil changes to installing a factory remote start. Also purchased tires. They had them in stock and got me in and out fast.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had with dealing with car dealers and our sales person Kenneth walker was so professional and caring, honest and I'll will not hesitate to call him for our next vehicle and a big hand to Richard Harris for his help in the financing and extended warranty this experience has truly changed the way I look at sales person and car dealers.

Oil changes are very reasonable priced. Friendly staff. Coffee and doughnuts available in the mornings.

I did do other ford dealerships but they didn't show 1/2 there care that I got here.

This place is a joke! I traded in a 99 mustang BLUE not green that was in good shape. They sold me a used 2008 F150 STX with a bad transmission and didn't tell me till after we signed papers and tried to sell a warranty for $1800 because they knew about it. Very poor customer service and dishonest.

When I dropped my truck off they took me back home and offered to come and get me when repairs were completed.

Not a fan of crooks. Had some money stolen from my car while it was in their shop. Plus they don't honor all things as they should as a business.

Bought my first car here, car buying experience was great! Marking down to 4 stars however, my first oil change, while free, took nearly 2 hours. The original service rep went on lunch and it seems his replacement did not bother to give my keys back when finished. The original rep however was very nice and friendly, and was helpful when explaining the process for warranty based repairs!

Rude staff! When we were checking the motor the man says just drive it. We were turned offer at that point. RUDE!

I’ve had my previous F150s serviced here for years and always had excellent service (purchased elsewhere). I purchased a 2018 F150 in December from McLarty and found that experience to be just as great. We’re fortunate to have such a competent dealership in our area and I look forward to dealing with them for many years.
