Run far away from this place. Shady…shady…shady! Went in for routine “fully covered” annual physical and received a bill for services. For years I’ve never been billed for this annual procedure, they cancelled on me and then rescheduled me with NP O’Brien. Routine physical, should’ve known something wasn’t right when they wanted to do my labs non-fasting. She coded a 4 minute phone conversation, to go over my labs, for an hour long office visit! Yep 4 minutes on the phone…not even face time! Got a bill I’ve never received before from an annual physical and my insurance company stated it’s all in how they coded the procedure. Months of trying to get this fixed and numerous phone call attempts. And the couple of times we’ve actually gotten somebody on the phone they are the rudest people we have ever dealt with. That’s a reflection of the type of service this office gives! So…find anybody else to see as your primary physician and if enough people stop going there, which I’m working on by telling everyone to stay clear of this place, they won’t be able to do this to anybody else!
