MCM Eleganté Suites, Abilene TX

It was two nights I will never forget. Filled with laughs and a love shared that was mutually needed for both involved. Won't forget the nights we shared.

This is not in regards to the stay but the phone service from the front desk and the person who handles the group rates. The front desk person was being curt over the phone for no reason. She would spoke over you before you can finish your sentence. It is hard to get emails from the group rates person. I have had to call several times between October and now to even get this stuff. I know that if you are short-handed that it gets crazy but you should never have a condescending tone with your customers or act as if we are an inconvenience to you.

We paid almost $200 for our room.to be harrassed and embarrassed at the pool by the pool attendant. She acted as if we didn't have a room, like we did not belong. Also the drink station bartender was acting the same way just flat rude. Everything else was fine

The hotel in general is aged but has a neat charm but this hotel was booked to SLEEP. It is 11: 50PM and a room near me has been playing very loud music with bass and sounds like 20 people partying and Hollering SINCE 9: 00! I called the front desk and they said guest have the room till midnight…. But they will ask them to turn the radio down. A second call an hour later and no results. I guess sleeping is no concern for their guests.

I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to party with 20 year olds…. I warned you.

3 calls didn't take care of the problem. I was seriously close to walking down to make a big scene. They honestly didn't care about any noise until 12PM.then the noise stopped.

Breakfast was amazing the way they work together is amazing from the server who serves the food to the 2 guys who help clear the tables lots of friendly faces also to the bartender in the evening thank yall for making our stay special especially since our stay in Abilene was for a difficult family Matter Thank you! As for the MCM I hope yall realizes the employes here were everything to our stay on making it a great one

We reserved ahead of time. We checked in and couldn't park close to the room so we got the luggage up there and the keys weren't activated. Had to go back and get activated to get our stuff in. Then wife went to bathroom and ceiling was pouring water out on the commode. We got our money back and went to Comfort suits. This was the day we got married and it is our honeymoon.

Stayed here for a few nights for a conference that was held in the hotel itself. The hotel is a very interesting place. The beds were comfortable, the location is great, and the staff is friendly. However, I'm going with 3 stars instead of 4 because the coordination with our group and changing a meal was delayed and the catered food was pretty disappointing. If you just need a place to stay, I'd recommend it. If you're hosting an event here, I'd recommend not letting the hotel cater the event.

The rooms were super clean. They had all the extras you would expect from a motel of this caliber. All of the staff I encountered were very pleasant and eager to help. I would highly recommend it.

This is a hidden gem! What a fantastic hotel, and not something I was expecting to find in Abilene. Very nice and well maintained facility with all the amenities you could need. Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a great stay and will be staying here again during our next visit.

Been here a few times and it's always been good. The rooms are large, and are always clean and tidy. The breakfast is a step up from your traditional continental breakfast at other hotels. My only complaint is the lack of parking space in the front of the hotel. Most of the parking is in the back and it's a long walk around!

This was my second time to stay at the hotel and this time we also rented a conference room for a business meeting. All of the associates are friendly and eager to please. When batteries failed on our clicker, the team quickly came through and got us what we needed in minutes. Willie in Catering/Events made coordination very easy and affordable. It was convenient to have breakfast included and a restaurant attached for lunch for our business meeting. I highly recommend the team at MCM Elegante!

AHS 1972 50th reunion stayed here October 7,8&9. Everything was perfect! Susan was so helpful

Nice.but an older hotel with associated problems. They stuck me in a smoking room at the last moment.

We book our employees here regularly. It's always a breeze speaking to those at the front desk. Just wish they would send receipts at the end of the stay.:)

Had a family gathering after a funeral. Employees were very kind. Had finger snacks, chips and salsa. Drinks were lemonade and tea. They had the best tea I had ever drank, seriously, I must have drank 20 glasses. It was a good experience. Thanks

It was a decent stay. The pool area had extra floats and a life gaurd until about 10pm. Four free drinks til 7 on Sunday. The front desk worker named Angel was very kind and had a good spirit to him. Room was also pretty lovely and the interior of the hotel is gorgeous. It is also very close to stores, the mall and my daughter's dentist. Only complaint is there was a bunch of racket happening throughout the night, not sure where it was coming from but wasn't very pleasant. Other than that perfect stay!

Very nice place to stay, reasonably priced, rooms were comfortable, free drinks when you check in!
