This car purchase experience was the BEST EVER! No where have I enjoyed the promptness and attention to MY needs. There was NO add ons or hard sells. I will buy from McRee again and again!

Quicklane specific: Y’all, the quicklane here has the worst customer service reps ever. I do not usually leave scathing reviews, but my wife, mother and myself have been subject to rude, condescending, and indifferent service techs every time we come. The quicklane at McRee is the worst part of buying at McRee ford.

I bought another truck from McCree Ford and couldn't be happier! From beginning to drive out, was seamless.

Shout out to Vernon Baines, who took perfect care of us and was a pleasure to work with!

Also, Raul Hernandez, got me in/out quickly while we had a great conversation!

David Waters from sales was awesome from greeting us as soon as we walked into dealership all the way till the end when he gave us both keys for our new car. Love the no hidden fees part. He worked back, forth and pretty much met the numbers I wanted. Also Raul at finance was very understandable and not pushy like most other finance guys trying to force you to buy warranties etc. Overall experience was great went in and out of dealer stress free, bought our new car that we have been looking for the exact trim level. Will definitely recommend to others, family and friends.

I recently had my Ford F-150 serviced at the McRee Ford Service Department, and my overall experience was a mixed bag. While the quality of the service performed on my vehicle was acceptable, the communication and turnaround time left much to be desired.

I brought my F-150 in for maintenance, expecting a swift service as advertised by the dealership. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The service, which should have taken a couple of days at most, stretched out over a full week. This prolonged wait time was a significant inconvenience for me.

I towed in my F-150 on a Tuesday afternoon. This was after AAA was called to where I was located, and they changed out the battery and deemed it was a starter fault: the problem was already known and diagnosed. I let the Service Office Tech, Mr. John Becker, know of the issue; he let me know that they wouldn’t be able to get to it until Thursday.

The primary issue I encountered was the lack of proactive communication from the service department. I found myself constantly having to call them for updates on the status of my vehicle. While the staff was generally polite when I did manage to get in touch, the fact that I had to initiate contact multiple times was frustrating and reflected a lack of transparency on their part.
Case in point: Thursday came around, no call. I was optimistic that they would call about it in the afternoon. Nothing. So, I called around 2: 15. They stated he would find out where my truck is in the line of things. Took him 30 min, called back, “They won’t be able to get to it until early next week. ”

By now, I was infuriated that I left my truck at a place that is just holding it for 6 days (5 days if you count they are closed on Sundays). I am now out of a vehicle for the next couple of days and have to pay for a rental. Also, If you didn’t purchase the vehicle at that specific dealership, they only offer a discount on rental vehicles.

The frustration peaked after still not hearing anything on Monday; I finally call Mr. Paul Tamkin, Sales Manager, who left notes on other reviews to correct mistakes, and informed him of the situation. Forty-five minutes later, lo and behold, they got to my truck with the low price of $628.19 to change the starter. Did you think I was done? No, they just said they were STARTING on it.

Still had to call three more times in the afternoon on Tuesday to see when my truck was going to get done. It was finally at 5: 30 I got it back. BY THIS TIME, IT WAS OFFICIALLY PAST A WEEK SINCE I’VE HAD MY TRUCK. No apologies, no "I’m sorry for the inconvenience, " nothing. Legit they don’t care about you or what you are going through. Take your money and kick you out. Legit the worst service I have EVER had.

P. S.this was a 2 star review due to Mr. Tamkin, but the fact that the Service Manager didn't even talk to me, made it a 1 star review. Also, Mac Haik Ford up the road, legit put me in a loaner and also had my truck detailed when I got it back when they changed the bumper when someone hit me rear ended me.

Legit go elsewhere if you need your Ford Vehicles to be worked on

Update: thank goodness for Cavender Ford in Columbus! We drove away with the exact vehicle we wanted that only had 9 miles on it because it wasn't being driven by the sales manager. We got it for a much better price as well!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They have a 2023 Timberline Expedition in green on their website as available. We contacted them about it because we couldn't find it on their lot. The sales manager is driving it and is not willing to give it up to sell. Really? Take if off of your website and if someone is sucker enough to buy it eventually, I hope that they get a hefty discount off of it. This is a horrible business practice and abysmal customer service.

I am a disabled veteran that took his last dollar to have a new motor (out the box) new put into his wife's Ford explorer suv. Because of the parts/ motor being on back order her truck sat up at dealership for almost a yr. They contacted my wife for her to pick up her truck the truck was dirty from being outside so long and all 4 tires were very low almost on flat. After paying them all of this money they could at least make sure her tires were aired up and that her truck was detailed inside and out. It seems that they just took her money and threw her out the door. THE ENTIRE TIME THAT WE DEALT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE was rude and did not smile at least once over this lengthy process. We don't recommend this dealership take your money somewhere else that appreciate your business. They should earn your money not just expect it. The owner of this dealership needs to step in and do something about this service department. We are locals that live at the lago mar subdivision in Texas city we try to keep our money that we spend local but because of companies like this you can't LAGO MAR RESIDENTS Go somewhere else.

Excellent service, scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule, had the vehicle prepared for my arrival and inspection, answered all of my questions and worked with me on the financing options till I was satisfied. I am very pleased with the service and overall experience.

I can never say it loud enough or long enough……. McCREE FORD IS THE BEST! I am a widow and they always make me feel so taken care of and safe. Every department…. Sales, Quick Lane, Collision Dept have ALL gone over and above what other dealerships do. I tell people everywhere I go to buy their vehicles from McCree Ford.
