When I used Mike McStay he promised to do exactly what was on the insurance adjusters sheet. We got struck by lightning and had a lot of damage. They didn’t even replace the piece of wood on my roof with a hole in it from the lightning. Nothing but shortcuts from his crew and they even just went and grabbed my material from my garage. Shortcuts and shoddy work the entire way. I wanted them out of my house by the time it was done. It was called TQM roofing when I used him.
