7/2023 What an awesome place. I had major work done on my MINI Countryman and fully trusted MD Automotive to do the right thing. Very satisfied with their workmanship and great warranty on the work. My MINI is in mint condition and runs perfect now! Had the great pleasure to work with JR (service advisor) and Rocky (mechanic/technician). Both kept me in the loop the entire time and provided very sound advice. MD Automotive is also very well respected, especially in the Military and Alamo Ranch communities. My neighbors and friends agree with my sentiment: we won't take our cars anywhere else. Don't be put off by the wait time to get your vehicle in (or the traffic to get there). Its WELL WORTH IT if you want exceptional service at a very reasonable price!

5/2021 Very professional and friendly front service desk men, especially Mr. Charlie.   Thought my car, a Mini Countryman repair was going to be costly (it would have, had i taken it to the dealership). MD found the issue, resolved it and didn't try to sell me services, repairs i didn't need. I couldn't be more happier than i am with the automotive services i get from MD. Don't drop your hard earned dollars on dealership glossy waiting rooms, maintenance agreements, and horror reports of your cars condition. Go to MD and get an honest answer and efficient and priced right service.   Use and support a local reputable small business!

I my clutch and flywheel replaced and these guys were so professional through entire process. The quote they gave me was a little higher than some other ones I had received but it was well worth the extra money spent. They did an extremely thorough inspection of my entire vehicle and listed the things I will soon need replaced and then the list of things that couldn’t wait. I have nothing but a 5 star interaction with everyone I came in to contact with at MD Automotive. Thanks for fixing my car and the car drives better than it ever has since I got it.

Had a great experience with MD Automotive. Scheduled an appointment with them. They did a detailed inspection and emailed me a report of my vehicle. Quickly installed my front breaks and identified an issue with my battery that I wasn't even aware of that could have done some severe damage.
