4Since Dr. Mitchell left this office it is absolutely AWFUL! Poor customer service. Long wait time (even with appointment). It’s run like an overcrowded clinic. No regard for patient care. I do not recommend!
Took my son in for shots and waited only to be told that not only was the doctor not there but since my son was only 1 month and 29 days he could not be seen for his 2 months shots. No explanation as to why my appointment was booked ahead of his two month mark if we could not be seen. A complete waste of my time and money.
Dr. Keith has GREAT bedside manner, she is very attentive & thorough. Her/MD Pediatric’s team is courteous & helpful.
I Love M. D.pediatrics so much. Everyone from the front desk to the doctor are so caring. Always more than willing to answer all questions and they make sure to explain everything very well.
