Very friendly staff. MAs have great manners and communication skills. My questions are always answered. There's never really a long waiting time either. This is a fast clinic I recommend!

I bring my nephew here and the doctor is great! They front desk are always greeting us kindly and the Medical assistance are always good with the patients Dr.sing has been seeing my nephew and she is so good with him. I totally recommend this clinic!

Highly recommend this clinic for your kiddos! Mines have been coming here since they were babies and all staff make sure were well taken care of!

I bring my newborn here and it’s amazing.i was struggling so much to find a good pediatric but this clinic is everything i wanted and more! They care about their patients and the customer service is great.everything has run so smoothly, im very pleased with this clinic!

I've been coming to this location since my 5 year old was born any referrals they do them and now Im bringing my new born I have never had a bad experience with this location. Even during COVID-19 they would get my kids in and out with medication and all I love this clinic.

I’ve been bringing my kids here for about a year since moving to the area and I definitely recommend. The wait times are short, the staff is always super friendly and my doctor always listens to my concerns.

The front desk ladies are always so helpful and very kind. They have exceptional customer service. The medical assistants are so friendly and very gentle with my baby.

This doctors office is an inconvenience because they do not answer their phones ever. It’s also super hard to reach the doctor. I will be changing my sons pediatrician because it shouldn’t be this impossible to get someone to talk to about a prescription. The pharmacy was calling multiple times to get the doctor to cancel a script that they sent to another CVS location so I can pick up it at the location that had the medicine in stock. You would think it would have been easy but nope. Before I even went to CVS it took the doctor about two weeks to complete a prior authorization for me to receive the medicine.

Dr Singirikonda is my daughters dr and she is very good at her job. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and takes the time needed to attend the patient. Staff overall was very nice as well and I was in and out like normal

I really dont understand most of these negative ratings. Everytime I have an appointment, they front desk is ALWAYS nice, they give me the best service there is and are so quick. They always answer the phone, and are so quick & diligent to attend to patients. Whenever I call to set up an appointment I always ask to get transferred to the front desk, which makes things so much easier and to avoid making an appointment by a third party, that way I can speak with the front desk ladies immediately. I’ve seen people get mad here, about their appointments, when they make the wrong appointment in the WRONG clinic! There’s two offices of MD kids, as a parents you should make SURE, it’s the right office your making the appointment at! You should DOUBLE check if it’s the right one before screaming at the front desk ladies to do their job! As a parent double check, your son or daughters appointment LOCATION before taking your frustration out on employees, by your mistake. If you just ask to get transferred to the front desk, this process would be so much easier! I’ve never had a problem with the ladies at the front desk, and my doctor is amazing! This place is great!

Nobody answer the phone. I need get an approval for mi son medication ASAP. Nobody answer.

The doctor Akila gave a bad service I took my son there just to get check for his asthma she starts talking about not prescribing medicine do to parents selling medication witch I found that so stupid I am very upset and unhappy with the service of her is she there to make patients feel better or to talk about unnecessary stuff?
