They leave you on hold for ever only to hang up on you. They tell you to text but don't respond. They are very unprofessional.

I am giving it two stars because before covid it was decent. Now it’s just awful. Not sure what occurred but they don’t answer the phones, they don’t see you right away or at all. I once waited 2 hours for a appointment and ended up having to leave to pick up my other child. After today I am moving my child to another pediatrician.

Dr. Angela's has serious power problems and it effects his ability to truly care for his patients. That was the issue that lead me to find a different pediatrician but there were lots of issues in the years that I went there. Slow response time, lack of having vaccines, rude staff. Terrible place. If you're looking for a good kids dr in this area, try KidzChoice on Jefferson.

I love it here especially Dr Anglas he’s amazing. As well as the Medical assistant Carolina an front desk Claudia they are always so welcoming an very nice they are always smiling an helpful.:) oh did I not mention the office manager here is also a wonderful person. I just love it here. I wouldn’t want to take my kid’s anywhere else because of these 4 people here:) highly recommend

I wouldn't recomend. Very unprofessional, and there are all over the place one day they call me to confirm my appointment and when show they said I was not scheduled. Always changing Doctors and not one know the history of your child keep asking the same questions over and over and when you go for a follow up you get a new Doctor that will ask again the same questions. Just terrible services

Doctors/PA are ok. But I had to switch pediatrician today because receptionist said my baby could not be seen as a walk in even though I told her it was urgent as he had a very high fever and really bad cough. I need a pediatric office where they can see my child when he is sick. Seem like receptionist just didn't want to work.

This clinic is the worse I have taken my children's to. The stuff is not polite, the waiting here is awful even with an appointment and I always have to call amerigroup because only in this clinic it does show that they have Medicaid.if I could put a 0 I would defenetly changing my kids from here.

I Love Dr. Guimont and that’s why I keep taking my kids but after the change of name and new customer service it just lacks of communication with other staff it seems like they don’t know what they are doing I just would like for the staff to get better on customer service.

Worst Costumer Service Ever. The ladies in the front have no idea of what they are doing and have messed up my 7 month old atm appointment time, and time again. I have also placed complaints on these representatives. Why dont i leave? Because Dr Guimont is such a great doctor, and why should my child suffer due to their rubbish clientele services. I will continue to go here for my child to receive the best service from a great doctor. Thank you Dr. Guimont.

Front desk office receptionist was very rude, rushing me to fill out paperwork. When I had not even written my grandchilds name on it. Very impatient. I also work in the medical field and I know the front desk is your first impression & I was not impressed. Decided to leave instead.

Love it here because you can be a walk in patient and will not give you troubles very friendly staff will continue to come here to Wynnewood clinic

I really wished they didn’t change the clinic & their stuff! I used to love coming here now I hate it! Takes forever to be seen, people in the front are just rude! Needs to step it up because I’ll never be coming here again, changing my baby’s clinic! Smh! Just bad clinic! Don’t recommend!

I been calling since yesterday to make an appointment I finally got someone to answer the line today put me on hold for 20 minutes hang up and call again no answers sucks to be treated this way

Clinic was perfect until they became MD Kids, Been on HOLD for 30 mins now! Didn’t want to switch clinic because DR Thomas is just the BEST! They leave me no choice.

The worst experience ever they always take more then 2 hours to attend you and then they take their sweet time they never check up on you to let you know if people are going on lunch and then that takes even more time and they didn’t even try to work something out the service is horrible they need a better staff of management someone that knows what they’re doing

While visiting, we needed to see a pediatrician ASAP. Much to my chagrin, this place is staffed purely by non-physicians. I asked to see a doctor, but all they had were nurses and physician assistants.

Avoid at all costs. They're clearly trying to save money to the detriment of proper patient care.

Do not trust this place. There are no MDs there. Should be charged with fraud for having MD in the name. So dangerous!

I have been bringing my children to MD kids and Dr. Anglas for four years. I have been very pleased with the care and professionalism we have received at this clinic. The wait times are reasonable, the staff are efficient, the in-house pharmacy is convenient. I am a neonatal nurse, I was referred to Dr. Anglas by another medical professional and I am so glad I was!

You should change your name to "MID-LEVEL Kids" ASAP or you're bound to have a huge lawsuit on your hands for intentionally deceiving the public.
