11I was md neurology for my epilepsy, getting medication. My prescription expired and they stop answering, didn’t even call back my pharmacy.
Dr Wang always downplay everything. No soft skills only cold shoulder. Go somewhere else. I had to ask for higher dosage of nerve pain.
Dr. Wang was disrespectful as she talked down to me informing me that I was most likely misdiagnosed. Diagnosed in 1988 with 3 lesions: after my insisting on another MRI in 2017, Dr. Wang informed me I now had 20 lesions. No more neurologist for me. I refuse to need help from her or anyone else.
It took weeks of calling to get an appointment. Once there I found the doctor (Drew) only accepts his views in the office. If you have alternate ideas, he kicks you out.
He should move his practice to California.
This clinic only accepts patients referred by primary doctors. It means, even if I do have a PPO plan, I can not make use of my prerogative to choose the specialist that I know I have to see. Such a nonsense!

Dr. Drew and staff have always answered or returned calls when I have questions or need to get a follow up. Very happy with them and would recomend to anyone looking for a neurologist.
My initial visit was pleasant, however the place they referred me to never contacted me. I left messages with both the place of referral and with Dr. Ravindran and never got a call back. I then called to cancel my follow-up apt since my initial tests were never completed and could not get in touch and no one called me back. I paid a lot of money for high hopes but no follow through and feel taken advantage of or ghosted.
We received a referral to seek medical attention from MD Neurology in January 2021. We called their number many many times and left messages with no response at all. Here it is the middle of March so I decided to go to the office in person to ask them why they do not return calls or answer their phones so patients can make appointments! No reason was given other than “we do answer our phones”. Nobody answered two minutes before I walked into the office! Not recommended if they can’t answer the phone.
Have called for over 8 months to get back in to see Dr drew and no one will answer or return my calls.
Have been with Dr. Wang for years! The entire business I's great! Main office off Brinker Rd, somewhat behind Denton Regional. They are all over the place! MD neurology• 2 locations Flower mound, they also work with in Denton regional and Lewisville Medical Center. Among others I'm sure
