MD Pizza Factory, Midland TX

Ralph was our delivery man and he was pleasant, personable and minutes early. Mom wasn’t as happy with her veggie pizza but bro and I loved our 1/2 n 1/2…can’t wait to try other goodies! Thanks for offering delivery now MD!

Pepperoni pizza and breadsticks were both really good. May have found our go to for pizza in Midland!

Completely inedible. Breadsticks and Stromboli were burnt so bad, we couldn't eat it. Called the store and person who answered couldn't care less. Never again.

Best local pizza in Midland. Staff was friendly and they took my order 10 minutes before closing. I'll order a lot earlier next time but appreciate and thank you guys for your hospitality.

I was really excited to try this place because I've heard great things and the reviews are amazing but I didn't even get the chance because the service was so off-putting. My father and I walked in at 6pm tonight and all the chairs were up on the tables and the girl working behind the counter was sweeping and I thought they were about to close. There was a family finishing up their meal in the dining area and one other gentleman waiting for what looked like a to-go order. We approached the counter and the girl didn't even acknowledge us, turned around and walked off. When she came back, she stood there staring at us, no hello, no smile, no nothing. I asked if we could dine-in and she said yes like she was annoyed. We were reviewing the menu and she just stared at us impatiently waiting for us to order. Like I said we had never been there before and wasn't sure how it all worked. I asked if there was personal size pizzas and she abruptly said "no". I guess my dad could feel her vibes and said "well you go finish what you were doing, give us a minute to look over the menu. " She rolled her eyes turned around and walked off. I looked at my dad and said "I don't really feel welcome here maybe we should go somewhere else" and he said "I completely agree with you it definitely seems like she does not want us to be here. " So we turned around and left. I'm usually not one to complain, I understand sometimes people are just having a bad day and I usually ignore it but this girl was just so off-putting and you could absolutely tell she didn't want us to be there and she probably didn't want to be there either and I wasn't about to spend money on a meal where I was going to feel rushed (they dont close till 9pm according to the front door) and uncomfortable the entire time I ate it. Would still love to try the pizza but next time I will definitely be ordering it dine out or better yet, food delivery service so I dont have to walk in there again.

The staff seemed tired and blasé. Very little enthusiasm, smiles and friendliness if any at all. Not welcoming and no "thank you's or have a nice day" when leaving. There was a 45 min wait on the order, not out of the ordinary for pizza but it would have been nice if the cashier would have told me that before I paid as I probably would have went somewhere else for time sake. The pizza looked amazing. Great coverage, no center loading or any burt spots. Visually I'd say a 9 out of 10. But dough was completely bland and resembled the flavor profile of cardboard. Obviously very little spices went into this dough. Not sure if it was proofed to long or if it was already to old. I ate the toppings off 2 slices and the rest went into the trash. Money would have been better spent on $6 extra most best hot and ready. I will say the restaurant looked extremely clean and presentable. I'm not sure if it's because no one was eating in there or if it's because they had a single employee cleaning and sanitizing everything singlehandedly while I was there. Either way the over look of the restaurant was pleasing and well maintained. Overall for the things this restaurant falls short on and the $20+ price for a large pizza I'd say there's definitely better options for quality AND price in Midland and I wouldn't recommend this location with its current level of service. Hope this helps future potential customers.

We had a business lunch meeting and the owner let us use his restaurant space three hours early before they opened. We had the whole dining room and the experience was great. Drew the owner even came to our table and checked up on us throughout our meeting to ensure we we were doing good and also checking on the quality of the food. There was even a moment where I asked if he could speak about his career journey and he was very engaging with our team and spoke well of the challenges and successes he’s had to overcome as a business owner during the past year. What an inspiration he was: the team loved him as much as the great pizza! We have already booked our second lunch meeting two weeks from now at his restaurant!

Best pizza in Midland! Best ranch! Quick and friendly staff. I will always recommend thaws guys to everyone I know!

Awesome pizza and friendly service! The ingredients are high quality and the pizza is delicious! The owner made us feel welcome and took the time to chat with us and make sure we had a great experience!

Absolutely Amazing! FRESH EVERYTHING! Highly recommend! Even the dough is made in house by the owner himself. Im so picky when it comes to my pizza, I asked the staff to add crushed red to the sauce before adding the toppings the young lady simply said "We got you! " And it came out perfect! I likes a spicy pizza yall! ABSOLUTE BEST freshly made pizza I've had in a long while.

The bread sticks are super addictive the stromboli is big enough for 2 great personal service definitely repeat customer status I totally recommend this place!

One or the absolute greatest spots in Midland Tx to get good pizza friendly staff & plenty of choices was made perfectly crust wasn't hard it was perfectly made definitely returning for now on

Ordered one pizza through Door Dash because the restaurant said they dont deliver, but apparently the restaurant delivers it themselves anyway. Ordered at 8pm and the place closes at 9.9: 20 comes around and no pizza. Couldn't get ahold of MDs because they were closed and Door Dash said they couldn't help because MDs delivers themselves. A driver calls and says he's here but then never shows up or answer the phone. Finally 20 minutes later he answers and he had delivered it to the wrong apartment. My husband goes out at this point to that apartment on a whole different floor to find it just tossed in the hallway on the ground. It was cold, black crust, gooey center. Bummer of a $40 pizza (pizza, tip, and tax). Then later on in the night get a text saying 'sorry bout that'.

MD (Midland) Pizza! We’ve been looking for a solid pizza joint since moving out west, and it looks like we’ve finally roped one in.

MD Pizza is a little restaurant, making big pizzas. Simple menu to choose from, well organized, and so many solid choices.

Greeted by Pizza Chef, Austin, he guided us through the menu and his own personal creations.

We went with:

MD's Famous Breadsticks (Garlic butter slathered rolled bread) and Austin’s own creation The Tour of Italy.

Pizza and breadsticks came out hot, fresh, and perfect!

We can’t wait to come back, and continue through this menu.
