Went for a rapid test and Roxanne and the others were so helpful and quick. In total we were there for about 20 minutes and they were amazing. We never had to get out of the car and they helped us get through the process easily and relaxed!

Service was more than adequate! The woman that collected our info was very nice. We went for a rapid test and the results were VERY ACCURATE. We went back for a PCR test at another date. We got our results the same day and are very satisfied with the service. Would 10/10 recommend!

Quick & quality service. Every staff member we interacted with greeted us with kindness while they work tirelessly to keep the line moving. With the current rise in cases, they still delivered both rapid (under 2 hours) and PCR results (less than 24 hours) faster than time originally quoted. We have already recommended this testing location to several friends and will continue to do so, as well as use them again if a future need arises for our family.

The best testing lab I’ve been to. It is so easy to get tested for COVID at MD Toxicology. The wait was very minimal. We stayed in our car, the technician came out and swabbed our cheek and we were done. No going to the doctors office or waiting in long lines and we received our results back quicker than any one else we talked to that tested at another place. Highly recommend going directly to this lab where testing is actually done on site.

Best place for Covid testing! They have quick service, informative & sweet! Best part is you do not need to leave your car. For anyone disappointed with delayed results, you need to consider how much busier they are now with cases rising due to the new variant.

This was an awesome experience I showed up didn’t take but 15 min and I had my results. Staff was kind and caring.

Don't go here for a Covid test. Made an appointment and paid $150. Showed up when they opened and was told they ran out of tests. They told me to go home and call back in an hour. Once I called back, the manager answered and informed me that they actually never ran out of tests, they had enough they whole time. I drove back, swabbed my mouth and the lady at the front said she'd be back to collect my info. 45 minutes later she asked why I hadn't left yet and realized she forgot to ever collect my information. Paid for 24-48 hour test. Called last night (48hrs) to ask where the results were, they said now they were out of testing fluid and I'd get my results today. Going on day 4 without results. I know the surge has everything backed up, but don't charge people $150 to overbook your own supplies. Don't go here.

After the shocking realization that one in our party would not be returning to the US due to a positive Covid result while on vacation just before Christmas, we were in a panic to find a test once we returned home to confirm the results and to ensure we would not spread to others. There was NO availability anywhere or at home tests to be found, but the fine staff at MD Toxicology Group had room for us for not only one test, but again a few days later. Each time, the staff has been over the top professional, courteous and expedient. The results were received in the same day for a PCR test which can be rare to happen. Their staff is doing all they can to assist people during this spike in needs for testing. I know they truly care about the quality of service they are providing because it shows in how they operate their business and treat their customers. Thank you so much for caring for our family!

My mom & I got tested last Thursday and we still haven’t received our test results & tomorrow is already Tuesday. I keep calling & it goes to voicemail idk what’s going on. We need our results thank you.

No wait! Staff was so friendly and sweet! Since I get tested frequently for work, I have been to a lot of spots. But this was the best testing spot I have been to!

My wife and I went to get our rapid test and PCR test done at MD Toxicology and both were great experiences. Never had to get out of the car and the staff is very friendly. We received our results quickly and securely.

Quick testing! Staff was so kind and friendly! Overall quick results with extremely helpful and safe precautions. Allowed to stay in cars which makes the testing quick, easy, and makes the process simple for all customers! Easily my go to place for testing and will continue to go there for quick results.

I went here for a COVID test 4 days ago and still haven't heard anything back. I see on their website there is a delay but they aren't answering the phone and their voicemail is full. By the time I hear back my quarantine period will have passed already.

Edit: I updated to 3 stars, they responded fairly quickly to an email I sent but I still haven't been able to get them on the phone. I am still waiting on the test results but it is backed up due to supply issues as stated on their website. I tested on Thursday afternoon, it is now Tuesday morning.

Edit: I feel as though I should update this again. My wife and kids went and got their results quickly in the 24 to 48 hours that they were promised. I do believe my issue was just due to supply chain issues that were unexpected.

Got the mouth swab pcr done Thursday morning, the lady collecting samples was very nice but they were clearly understaffed. It's now Monday afternoon (4 and a half days later) and no results emailed. Attempted to call numerous times throughout the day (they are apparently closed through the weekend) and no answer. Completely unprofessional.

Perfect service, results received within 24hrs as promised and easy, safe service for the testing requirements for international flights.
Definitely recommend and will be using in the future.

Total scam if you want results in 24 hours. DonNOT waste your money here if you need results quick. Went for testing on a Tuesday morning around 830am, and didn't receive results until Wed night at 6pm after WE called. Owner said "We sent you an email 30 minutes ago" as im on the phone with him at 6: 03, the email comes in at 6: 04
He hung up on us after we requested a refund. My husband had to miss work due to this and now we have a $135 charge on our credit card that we hope to pay back.
