First off, the good things: the facility is clean, the ranges are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly.

Unfortunately, all of that is overshadowed by how unsafe my RSO was. While the range was declared cold and someone was downrange, another shooter was handling their weapon. The RSO simply stood there and watched, and didn't intervene until a different shooter called out the unsafe shooter. At that point, the RSO acted. If I felt safe at this range, I would rate it 5/5.

These people go above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I’m disabled and just purchased my first handgun. Kerry and his staff made my experience easy. From coming out to my car to help with the paperwork and making sure I selected the right handgun for my needs. I’ll always remember how much they helped me and I will be a returning customer. Really liked the place. I really liked their safety at the range. Was surprised that you have to qualify at 100 m range 1in group before you can shoot at the 200 to 600 meter steel targets but what a smart rule. Some folks have no sense and adjust their sights until they hit those longer range targets. Not a very safe practice

This is an awesome place! I was totally surprised when my son who goes to SFA took me here. Not what I expected and in a great way! Very knowledgeable people and I could have stayed for hours!

By far the best range I’ve ever been to. I regularly go to 6 different ranges between Nac and Houston, and this is a mile ahead of others. Reasonable flat fee for whatever you want to do and however many guns. Range officer is not breathing in your neck, but still very safe. No dumb rule besides the reasonable safety rules. Very friendly staff. I warmly recommend!

The facility is really nice, they take care of the ranges.
Majority of the workers are nice. I've had some rude ones.
The archery guy Glen, is the best bow technician in Texas. He is top tier.

I wish they had a qualification card to shoot past 100 yards so I didnt have to waste ammo each time I go to shoot.
Wind flags at the 300-500 would be a nice touch to, with maybe a 6" plate at 500:)

Today, I was finally able to make time for a visit. Wonderful experience, staff were personable, knowledgeable, and friendly.
The sheer amount of inventory and hunting supplies will surprise even the most avid sportsman. These folks will take the time that is necessary to explain and assist. The best all around bang for your buck definitely stops here. Thanks for being top-notch guys, It is definitely appreciated.
