This is the most horrible apts ever and they overcharge u when leaving and threaten to give u bad lease and add more charges if u don't pay there trust up charges horrible don't live here run away fast as u can u will regret living here and they always want to come in your home all the time no privacy even if yr not there they will come in breaking the law unlawful entry don't move here horrible place

My recommendation is not to apply for these apartments and even more so if you are a single mother or father or a single person, they deceive you with lies and falsehoods from the moment you apply, you pay a low price for the first month and then you pay much more and the administration's excuse is that That's none of their business. I recommend that you look elsewhere and additionally they steal here and the office doesn't do anything either

Been here almost 4 months, Manager and staff are all amazing. I love the quietness and very clean. Everyone is very respectful.

This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve lived here for 4 months and I don’t regret calling them when I did. I have a criminal record, 2 big dogs and one of them is a pit bull. They approved me no problem. I filed out an application for 20+ apartments and I was denied every time. I sent in my paperwork, next thing I know I moved in. The staff and maintenance are 1000/10. The ladies in the office are so nice, Dee is so helpful! The maintenance work hard to keep this place looking good. If you have a criminal record, pit bull and looking to move, I encourage you to fill out an app!

The pool, laundry room and dog park are the best! The bottom floors have backyards. It’s the perfect complex!

I went to see an apartment today and the leasing agent Denine was super helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions and knew everything about the community. The office and community were spotless. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!

They really work with me to get my new apartment even after denying to move in. Clean community and friendly office ladies!

We applied a few months back and were greeted with friendly staff, the apartments are beautiful, well kept and the community is very peaceful. We just started moving in and the ladies in the office are so helpful and sweet, our unit is in great condition, clean, new carpet and small welcome gifts! The backyard is huge and adorable, my dogs love it! Plenty of storage space along with a front and back porch. Very easy and smooth application and leasing process, we have our own parking spot (huge plus). GORGEOUS 8ft pool with bbq stations, plenty of amenities, small dog park, etc. The trees around the property are so beautiful. So pleased to call meadows our new home!

I enjoy the quietness and the respect of the staff. Is an enjoyment to live here. Thank you!

It’s clean and a quiet place, not much traffic, has a fenced yard for pets, and a big yard around the complex if you want to walk your dogs. Staff are nice specially the maintenance people, they’re quick to help and always checking if you need something. Lights are everywhere around at night, I usually comes home from work at midnight, I was never scared, the place is safe.

Someone came into my apt today and left a 3 day notice with my 14 year old in a towel on the couch no one knocked then the man was staring at my daughter I pay 1800$ a month for this I get it's late payment but really what privacy do have? I've already filed a police report and will be reporting this to the proper authorities.called over and over booker ever answers and yet again today someone just comes in to change a thermostat what happend to hey this day we will enter this place just enters whenever do not rent here
