New owners have taken over and don’t fix any of the problems brought to them. My closet was broken for 3 months to fix it but they kept saying they would come back everyday. It was eventually fixed but it was broken/come down the next day. I’ve been waiting months for a key to my mailbox which was stolen from me. I’ve talked to the mailman who explained that he has to personally deliver mail to houses because several tenants have no mailbox keys. There is a gentleman who has an attitude every time I come to the office to ask for assistance and a woman who always makes excuses about why they can’t help or why they may be behind. My air conditioner doesn’t have a filter. They’ve said several time they would bring one back and have yet to bring it. I have been sick several times due to the dust roaming through my apartment. I say all this to say in all my time being here I have never experienced anything like this. Since the new owners have come they have dropped the ball and let things get worse. They don’t care about the well being of their tenants.

Don't bother to look here. Beware! They don't answer their phones. They are not in the office when they should be. They never return messages, and maintenance is, wait, what maintenance?

Homeless people are breaking into empty homes, and staying in them overnight. Don't hate yourself later for not listening to me.

This use to be a great place to live back in 2006 and part of 2007, but you apparently cannot live in the past. Best of luck in your search.

I live here. Very nice so far, only been here two months. But I live on the third floor.my only reason for four stars. Other than that, it's been good so far.

For some reason our lights turned off 2 day in a row at 1: 00am. I’m writing this right now while our lights flicker. We called the maintenance but they never came. These apartments are quite old so I won’t blame the maintenance’s or the manger.

Never listening to your needs
Tenants are always waiting to be heard by the manager attendant and Tenants always receive the same response like this:
“ Ok, we are going to take note and we’ll send it to the maintenance”
That’s every time one ask for the damage to be repaired also that you have the correct functioning of the Services that they offer but do not comply with them.

Went there to see about an apartment would like to live there they have a waiting list hope they call convenient around my shopping area and where l work

For now a four was visiting my step daughter. Looked ok for what I have seen so far. Will post again to see if they qualify for a 5 star rating

Called in inquiring about availability, immediately told I have nothing for the next 12 months. I guess the leasing agent was working through their lunch but not actually working. My wife called 30 mins later and was given info on a unit ready 12/20.lol

The actual complex itself is nice. Some of the buildings are hard to read the numbers as the trees block them and need trimmed back so people can find the buildings they’re looking for. The apartments are nice, no grass to speak of so muddy when I was there and dirt had washed onto sidewalks. It is hard to find though as it is set back from the road and maps just takes you to an intersection and you can’t see the entrance easily from there.
