Hugo is quick, hardworking, and gives good long-term advice as well as explanations of what he’s doing and why. My noisy old garage door is now my quiet old garage door with the parts that wear over time replaced with brand new parts that work SO much better! Now the neighbors don’t have to listen to it either!

Hugo Almaguer showed up on time and could not have been more pleasant or professional. He clearly explained my issues and presented me with solutions to my problems. He clearly explained the cost and time it would take to fix my problems. At no time did i feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, and he was very patient. Upon approving repairs, he thoroughly completed the repair and was eager to answer any questions I had about the process. He even programmed the garage door opener on my wife's car. 10/10 experience.

We’ve had SO many problems with our heavy wood garage door. After multiple other companies failed us, Meadows (more specifically: Hugo, with Meadows) came out, gave us a full and honest assessment, as well as a few options to approach repairs. We ultimately decided on a full overhaul, and for the first time in ten years, I’m not worried about the safety and functionality of our garage door. I’m also finally not worried about my kids walking under it! Hugo was professional, honest, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He was also patient with me as I asked a million questions! 5/5, highly recommend. I’m sure all their technicians are great, but I’d specifically ask for Hugo!

The appointment scheduler was so nice and was able to accommodate my schedule—even if I were to need same-day service. I appreciate the text reminders as well as a picture of the tech being sent as he was on the way for safety. My technician Cutter was so nice and answered all my questions, he was very knowledgeable and skilled for the job. He made recommendations on which unit based on my asks and the unit works great, I’m very satisfied with the opener and the service! I have complete confidence in Meadows and will never hesitate to use their services again or recommend them!
