Med Scrubs, Pharr TX

Good selection and customer service was awesome. The lady working the floor was so helpful and assisted me with picking the perfect set of scrubs for school.

When I first saw the reviews I was skeptic about this store. Though, I always been one to not judge and go based on my own experience. First time I went there the lady didn’t even greet me. Had no knowledge for what she was selling, and I just didn’t felt appreciated. Whatever, that’s not the reason why I am writing this review. I bought a scrub shirt (expensive) and turned out it was the wrong color for my department. I called that same day and this guy named David answer (owner) and I asked him if he can help me out. I told him I have the receipt but not to sure if I have the tag. He right away stated there’s nothing we can do if the tag matters most than the receipt (for what I know it’s the receipt that matters most) anyways.luckily I didn’t get my hopes down so that evening I found the tag in my room and went today with all hopes of turning in for an exchange of the same shirt just different color. I had to try on the shirt and therefore got some micro visible tooth brush stain on it. He attacked me right away that the stain invalidate the return exchange. He doesn’t do any returns but sometimes he makes exemptions. I asked him is there anyways he can help me out, and he just laughed and said “look” There is a stain “brotha” I can’t, sorry. ” Dude like really? I had both receipt, tags. Shirt is new. He couldn’t even exchange. For being an owner and stating that he lost a customer he cared less. I expect a behavior like that from an employee but from the owner? I haven’t worked at retail setting in years.but ONE thing I know.customer always comes first. And if something doesn’t work, try something else. Don’t just let the customer leave and say no. That’s blocking door, and business. Anyways. I don’t recommend to anyone. Poor service, management. Especially from that dude name David.

**update) the owner comment back. I give an oath that half of his comments are lies. It upsets me that not only is he trying to sound innocent he is escalating the problem away. It was just me and him at the store. He wasn’t on the phone with anyone and if he was he should’ve told me since he had his headphone in his ears while speaking to me (what a great way to show appreciation to the customers) anyways I clearly asked more tha 3x if there is something I he can do. Why are you saying now that they could’ve come with some sort of agreement? I asked in the beginning, middle, and one last time when Mr David turned me down as I stated that he lost a customer just simple said thank you and bye. After that I made a rude comment that the company store sucks. Anyways, hope none of you experience this. As you look back at other reviews there are plenty that did already.

By far the best Scrub store in the Valley. They have a large selection of modern, fashionable, and good quality scrubs. At a very reasonable price. The staff was very helpful and nice. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else shop for the best at Med Scrubs!

Horrible Service. Sales attendant does not acknowledge you and manager/owner was completely useless. Once you buy you can NOT get any exchange. Also they do help in ANY other way. I DO NOT recommend going there. Downtown McAllen has much better service and provide discounts to students and personnel.

They have the best customer service. They went above and beyond helping me get the scrubs I was looking for. Definitely recommend as a one stop shop.

I just came from this store and had to rush to leave a review. I’m not one to do this but the customer service here should be acknowledged. David is absolutely wonderful and very patient! He was very helpful! Buying scrubs and supplies for nursing school is stressful and he really did an amazing job at helping me come to the right decision with my purchase! I recommend stopping by! Great experience!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I feel people should know about the bad customer service in this place. It is the second bad experience I have with their staff and owner. Lack of notification on status of orders, the orders are placed later than what you are told.no call back once you ask to speak with somebody who knows the status, and worst of all.the owner is very rude! Won’t go back to this place.

EXELENT PLACE TO BUY MEDICAL UNIFORMS. GREATE CUSTOMER SERVICE, VARIETY AND PRICES. TODAY WAS SATURDAY AND THEY CLOSE AT 5: 00, THE OWNER EXPENDED ABOUT 30 MINUTES MORE AFTER THE TIME THEY CLOSE HELPING ME TO CHOOSE BETWEEN DIFFERENT MODELS (THOSE WERE FOR MY WIFE WHO WASN'T THERE AT THE MOMENT), I APPRECIATE THAT A LOT. THANK YOU FOR THE DISCOUNT AND YES I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

David is amazing and always so helpful! Never had any issues and always has what I’m looking for! My to-go place for all my scrubs! ️

The attendant at this store is always very helpful and friendly. He tries his best to find exactly what you need and best of all, what style and size best suites you. They have great prices and embroidery. The store is clean and not cluttered.

They have a great selection of scrubs and the service was a big plus! I have a hard time finding scrub pants and I was able to find a nice pair.

Quality scrubs. They gave me free totes when I visited their place the first time. Would go here again.

Love the service and how quick they are! Staff is always so helpful. They have a variety of colors and sizes and brands! I put in a huge order on a Wednesday and the embroidery and logos were done on all scrubs within the week.
10/10 recommend!

Went in to buy a Carribean Scrub and the help was fast and great. Doesn't matter what or when you purchase, you always have the best smile that makes you want to go back.

Awesome place to get scrubs, I have been going there for years. Great selection, very helpful staff, and knowledgeable about the products. You can get stethoscopes and some other items there as well. Great for someone who wants to pick either the popular scrubs or something with a specific fit. Recently expanded and I only know because I went to visit this week and saw they had grown. Go check them out, you can even try them on there.

The sales person was very helpful in helping me find the pair of nursing shoes that I needed. The price was not cheap, but the quality is good.

Med Scrubs is the place to go to find quailty scrubs and get the best in customer service! David, who works the front of the store, was really helpful in describing the different types of scrubs and coats that they have to offer. ALSO I was extremely impressed with the fact that they seem to be one of the only stores that offers Anti-Microbial coats! We were shown many options and I was very satisfied with the service I was given and with my purchases!
