Medco ER, Plano TX

Medco staff were friendly and took good care of me! Found out my nose was broken but other than that it was a good experience!

Came in with a severe cut on my finger and the staff was very empathetic and efficient. Doctor was awesome and very informative. Just an overall great experience.

Very clean place, staff was very attentive and gave me really good run down of what I was going through.

My granddaughter had a gash on her head. We were seen immediately upon walking in. The staff were pleasant and caring and worked swiftly to get us in and out quickly.

Both Times I have been here, there has been virtually no wait. The staff is amazing and they attend to you pretty quickly and efficiently. I will continue to go here for emergency, non life-threatening needs.

The best experience I’ve had at ER. Every health care professional I came across treated me like they cared and I wasn’t treated just another number. Hamza was outstanding and treated me with extra care. Asked me several times if I need any orange juice or water. He was a professional at what he does and went above and beyond. I was out of there quickly after they determined that I was positive with the flu. Hamza also followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling and if I had any questions. I hope I won’t get sick again, but if I do def going back there again. Thank you for caring for our community

My son was seen right away and the staff was great! Mary walked us back with a smile and was super sweet to my son. She was gentle and very professional. He tested positive for flu and strep and was given meds and a breathing treatment promptly. The Dr was very kind to my 10 year old and shared knowledge about the medicine she was prescribing. He said he liked her:) The facility was clean and quiet. Juice was offered to take the medicine which we appreciated. Overall great experience and would recommend this staff and facility to anyone feeling under the weather. Thank you!

I went there with an infection from foot surgery, which was outside the scope of more typical care centers. They took very professional, effective and prompt (no wait) care of me and treated me with courtesy. The entire staff was amazing.
Sorry for so many superlatives. I have high expectations and don't normally gush like this. My husband and I both concluded that we would go there again if a need arises.

Great service, no wait and great doctors and staff with excellent equipment to assist with emergency care. I highly recommend this facility but make sure they take your insurance before they provide services.

You probably want to stay away from this ER. They take forever to take you in and they make you wait for nothing.
Beds were also dirty and not sanitized. No care whatsoever

Came in got treated in quick but concerning matter. All around wonderful staff. Mary the Nurse explain everything and Dr.passi and Pam at the front desk quick with processing my paperwork and insurance. Just great staff

Staff were fast, efficient, kind and attentive. Went in for a painful eye infection and was admitted, diagnosed and discharged within probably 15 minutes with a prescription. Nurse staff made me feel comfortable and at ease
