I have been trying to become a new patient for months I called them back in June to set up an appointment then they said that the only available appointments that they had were in October but I was trying to reschedule the appointment that works better for me. Then when I tried to call they said they will give me a callback I never got a call back then I called them a week later and when I called them today telling them that I tried to reschedule my appointment and never got a call back the lady asked for my name and I gave it to her then she said there won’t be any appointments till December. Then I asked if there were any other doctors available that I would be able to see other then the doctor I requested for. Then she said no and I said why is it taking long and she started being rude and said why is what taking so long then I said why is it taking long for new patients to get seen and she said because they were only accepting existing patients like they don’t care about new patients or their needs the staffs are very rude like they don’t like the job and will answer the phone rudely and they will not try to help you at all I would not recommend coming here to be a new patient otherwise you will be waiting a long time to get seen.
