This place charges for parking even though there's no parking garage. Not even the hospital charges for ground parking. WHAT A RIP OFF! I wish I could give this place no stars.

Recently had two cataract surgeries performed at Medical Park Tower. Excellent experience; couldn’t be happier with the facility, the staff or the results and wholly heartedly recommend them. Pre-op scheduling was clear, easy to understand, and very thorough. Check-in procedure was efficient and staff were very courteous and welcoming. Awesome pre-op and post-op nursing/technical care. Wonderful people who clearly know what they’re doing and make you feel safe, cared for and in totally good hands. Two thumbs, five stars, etc!

My surgery was 2 months ago, I paid over $4K on the day of my surgery. The billing office has still not yet submitted their charges to my insurance company. Therefore, nothing has been applied to my deductible and I have no Explanation of Benefits. I don't know if I am due money back or what the H is going on. Not acceptable.

Louise Colt was supposed to be my tech but was extremely rude. She belittled me in tone and talked down to me the entire session. I left the office feeling humiliated, I do not recommend.

Medical Park Tower is a multi-tenant medical facility separate from nearby Seton Medical Center.
The entire facility and grounds has been a non smoking area since 2007.

The building has been undergoing renovations and some of the following information may be inaccurate **
Entrances are located off of 38th and 34th Streets, parking rates are based on time and will start charging after 40 minutes. Simply push the ticket button on any entrance machine and take the ticket to enter the lot. Do not lose the ticket as it is needed at the exit when you leave the parking lot or to pay inside. Parking fees can be paid inside with any major brand debit or credit card or with cash, bills as large as $20 are accepted; or outside with a debit or credit card. Some doctors' offices in Medical Park Tower offer discounted or free parking to their patients, just ask the receptionist if they offer parking discounts.
Handicap parking is limited and only located on the North side of the building.
Delivery drivers can make use of a large parking area at the lowest level on the West side of the building which has easy access to the building's elevator.

Drivers are encouraged to park south of the building, in an active construction area. Spots are scarce, the terrain is sloped and strewn with obstacles, and should a patient with locomotion issues reach the south entrance without falling and rolling downhill in the parking lot, there will be no wheelchairs available. This is true at the north entrance too — where the approach is considerably safer and parking easier, hence the signs leading to the other side. The inside of the building, predictably, is a building site masquerading as a health care facility, overlaid with Day of the Dead cheer as a reminder of what we are trying to delay through such visits.

My personal strategy for any return to this medical facility involves, depending on the particulars:

1.not returning
2.accompanying triathletes and special forces alumni only
3.if bringing an actual patient with me, a large hand truck and some straps

Apart from that, it’s the usual. Staff not wearing masks, a Jimmy John’s driver speeding through the parking lot (did a doctor have a sandwich emergency?), and of course feeding some machine two dollars for the privilege of bringing a car to the circus.

I was entertained. I hope you will be too.

Yes the parking is an issue, as well as the way the folks explain how to enter the tower parking lot, but overall ARC facility there has a great Dr. Reichel and his staff whom are awesome, so at the end of the day the little inconvenience is all worth it

It’s ridicules they charge for parking for legitimate medical appointments, and worst that the doctor office do not validate.

WORST parking situation ever! None of the machines inside or outside the building were working or reading our parking ticket. We called the attendant for assistance and she pretty much thought we were trying to rob her of 2 dollars and not pay for parking. She was exfremely rude and kept hanging up on us. After all the drivers in the lot started to call and complain and my husband informed her he was a doctor and not trying to rob them did she finally open the gate for us. Absolutely horrific we were trapped for 30 minutes. The medical offices inside had no idea how to help.
