If you are going for their promo of $49 cleaning and x-ray, make sure you know that all they are doing is the exam, x-ray, and brushing your teeth. A cleaning is supposed to be using dental tools to get in there and clean. The doctor was nice and he came in and talked to me about any concerns. If I had known the cleaning would only be brushing my teeth, I would have passed on the promo. I specifically went not only to be seen by the dentist and have an x-ray, but for the cleaning that typically entails more than brushing your teeth. Just know what you are paying for. I have buyers remorse. If you have insurance you may get better treatment.

I love this clinic. Your assistants, your receptionists. Dr. En are all beautiful and very kind. May God prosper you.

All my family goes to get our dental work at Medico Dental. Jocelyn is patient and pleasant to us all, the dentist is very knowledgeable and comforting to you. The dental assistants are very pleasant and helpful.

This dentist office is a good place to get your teeth clean. The associates here are very friendly and helpful.

I have been bringing my kids here since they were little! The staff is so great and caring! Thank you for all for everything!

I bring my kids to this office with the request of having Faviola as the assistant through out the whole consultation she is just so caring and sweet with them. It just make the visit so smooth having someone that cares for her patients.

They consistently let my husband run out of the medication he needs to give him any quality of life and getting ahold of the office you actually see is a major ordeal. On numerous occasions they have been told the implications that happen when refills are not approved and/or approval is delayed and can be validated by the number of unnecessary visits to ER. Had he had the medication that it is documented by the specialist that he needs gaily to have any quality of life.

This is this most dusty dental office ever!
Istg don’t ever book a medical or dental appointment here if you dusty and don’t care for the dustiness then gone head and book your dusty appointment!

I hate this place w a passion they’ll have you waiting years even though you had an appointment it’s like they booking appointments with their eyes closed! Wasted 2hrs of my live that I’ll never get back I waited so long I got up and left! Booked an appointment up the street! It’s really not worth it!

They just dont answer their calls and respond to any voice messages. And we are supposed to trust these guys with our health care

Cannot have someone pick up the phone or return your call. Even though there has been some effort made to better this particular clinic experience, this communication (calls) matter must urgently be addressed.

I’m confused. Are the phones broken at both this location and the location at Haltom city?
Trying to schedule it reschedule an appointment is like hoping to win the lottery. The odds are VERY slim!
Not to mention my first ever appointment a few months ago with the meadowbrook location not only took nearly two hours but there wasn’t anyone at the desk and a few moments later she (the receptionist) came in walking on the back of her scrubs, acting and looking like she just rolled out of bed.
My personal experience with Dr Musee and her staff have been very impersonal. It takes nearly 2 hours almost every time to get seen and they’re always in a rush to get you out. So if you’re lucky enough to have an appointment.just remember to clear your schedule.
My scheduled appointment with her was a follow up appointment on a blood work panel to go over the results and she looks at my file and says “so why are you here? ” Do they at the very least not look over the file or take notes? I’ve expressed my pains and she didn’t do an exam. She instead prescribed me ibuprofen and referred me to a chiropractor. Which by the way that referral was defective due to the facility being closed. I’ve been trying to get in contact with her to get a different referral or get in touch with the referral department and it’s a dead end road.
The referral department texted me saying I needed to find an establishment for my insurance and I provided her with 3 locations and despite my efforts in trying to get in touch with anyone, I have yet been taken seriously. This is THE WORST excuse of medical care I have ever experienced. AND IVE ONLY BEEN WITH THEM FOR 2/3 short months. I’ll be filing a complaint with my insurance.
