Medico M.D. Medical and Dental, Castle Hills TX

I am a bipolar patient and I hate the way I have been treated at.this clinic. These people are extremely unreliable and unresponsive. I have been trying to get my medication for the past week now and I have been going through hoops. I still have not gotten my perscription due to the doctor needed to see me in order to release my medication. These medications are.listed in my patient chart and shouldnt be held against me. I am having a difficult time getting in touch with anyone. I have been trying to make an apptbut once again NO ONE ANSWERS! I am withdrawaing from my meds and had to call out of work due to the symptoms I'm experiencing. I'm dizzy, im nauseous and irritable. Please anyone that reads this call BBB to make them aware of any unfair treatment you are receiving. I will be calling and trying to get this resolved. This has been taking forever to get resolved. Needless to say, I don't trust them and will be looking for another doctor.

Made appointments for my son. They said they could see him and do vaccines over the phone. Sat for an hour (arrived on time for appointment) and then was told they don’t do vaccines for infants! Horrible service, couldn’t figure out our insurance either for what ever reason. Complete waste of my morning!

My first time going to clinic n I love it very friendly n fast staffs n Dr.sis great I recommend patient to go here thanks to Dr. N Staffs

Came in because I chipped a crown, and the Dentist and his assistant were very professional and awesome. Coming back to replace my crown at a later time.

Had a tooth crack on me while I was visiting from out of town. Didn't know where to go. Luckily when I called Medico MD they informed me they take late appointments and the doctor was able to see me after 5 pm. A few other clinics wouldn't wait for me because they closed early. The staff stayed late and took care of my issue. The dr that took care of me was caring and knew what they were doing. What started off as a terrible vacation turned into a miracle.

The staff was very very helpful! Doctors and staff could not have been any nicer to my children and I! Very pleased!

I hate going to the dentist due to old dentist experiences, but this clinic is amazing and changed my view point with them. Everyone is nice, helpful, work with you, and they’re on point. Highly recommend it. Just as how they go out of their way to recommend you what you should do. I would’ve gave them 10 stars if I could.

This is a great place! I went to Dr. Pena and she was so nice as well as the other staff. I’m a student so she worked with me to pay in payments with my budget. I have TMJ and it’s hard to find a dentist who actually understands the pain from leaving your mouth open for long periods of time but she even stopped and massaged my jaw for me when it was sore. I’ve never had a dentist do that. I went back to get whitening trays made and I’ll be going back to get my teeth cleaned here.

It is worse place to go to, I had an appointment and I took a day off and when I got there, they said your appointment was yesterday, I told them I have an appointment this day I have notes saying that too so I don’t really recommend it

I'm so pleased with the service. My son was seen by Dr. Chirag and was super patient. He let us take as many breaks as we needed to calm my son down to conduct the exam. He was great with both my kids.

Great dentist! The staff is also, friendly and helpful. I'm always hesitant about dentists but, Dr. Pena was very gentle and did a really good job on my teeth. I highly recommend this dentist her bedside manner was genuine and caring. I think I found my new dentist.

Great place. Came in for a check up this morning, and the staff was very friendly and comforting. The dentist, Dr. Pena was amazing. Very thorough in her exam and cleaning. She really took her time to explain the treatment to me. Thank you Dr. Pena and staff.

First time visiting this dental office.i was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews but i have to say the staff and the new dentist dr. Pena were great. There was hardly a wait time. When it came down to my dental treatment i was always scared and crying but dr.pena took her time to explain the procedure and it help ease my anxiety. They did offer me a payment plan which is a defiant plus since Christmas is coming up and i cannot afford to pay a lot of money out of pocket for dental work. No complaints. Overall a great experience.

Staff is very professional and friendly, love coming to see Dr. Pena. Everyone is very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable through out the whole process. Dr. Pena is one of the most caring dentist, very easy to see the great compassion she has towards dentistry and her patients. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely no communication! My son had an appointment for caps, I get to the appointment 1 hour early just to find out that they had cancelled it. No phone call, voicemail, txt, or email.

Came in for a Cleaning and staff were on point, very helpful and friendly. Dr. Gomez is very nice and professional, the new management has the place running efficiently. 10/10 would recommend, will be returning for sure! The office has had major improvements.

The staff was very caring and looks like they are starting to make significant progress. Definitely in need of some new doctors i felt as if the DA where more knowledgeable and willing to inform me about my treatment. I hope to see changes very soon
