So it came with a great disappointment that my appointment was made without being informed that neither one would be present. I would have asked to schedule at another time if I had had any idea that would be the case. Staff need to be reminded, no matter the turnover, that patient-Doctor bonds mean something and we should be informed who our appointment is with before arriving and being greatly disappointed.

Everyone was so nice and professional. Great customer service. I would recommend anyone to go to Medina Eye Care for their eye care.

Beautiful building. Awesome staff, professional and very polite. The staff made you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Dr. Medina provided excellent care with options that I would be able to find any other place. Walking in thinking I was going to end up with the same old way of glasses or contacts. Dr. Medina has given me the option of trying eye drops that has changed everything. Now, no glass, contacts or even my readers are needed any more. I asked to see if they accept my husband insurance i asked can i give you the member number the i.d number she said no it has to say PPO HMO after telling her over and over it does not say these things she was rude unprofessinal i hope they record these calls!

Dr. Medina, Dr. Qullian and the staff treat you like family. Been coming here for several years but today I woke up with a busted vessel in my eye. I called before opening hours and left a message. Staff emmediatly returned my call and scheduled me same day visit with Dr. Medina and it was like visiting my uncle. That personal relationship here means the world to me.
