I recommend Medina Orthodontics because, the are so professional, kind and welcoming. Plus they speak Spanish. My two kids are patients, they are happy with the results.

Melissa is great! She's on top of things. My daughter went to her appointment without me and didn't schedule her next appointment. The front staff did call me, but I never got around to calling back. (our lives are so busy now adays) Melissa made sure that she contacted me and got my daughter scheduled. Thanks Melissa!

Dr. Medina saw both my 13 year old and I (mom) -both for braces of course. I have to say that every area of this office provides outstanding customer service. The area that manages finances/dental insurance consistently provides manageable plans according to individual needs. And, Dr. Medina is highly personable with all of her clients alike-children and adults. In addition, this team goes above and beyond when deciding what products and the hygiene they keep for the benefits of their team and clients.

We have been patients of Dr. Medina's for 2 years now. The entire staff is so accommodating. Today I needed to get my daughter in for an impromptu visit and Melissa was incredibly gracious and helpful in getting us squeezed in on the schedule.

We are big fans of Medina Orthodontics in our family. All three of my kids have had or currently have braces from there and actually I decided my self to go back and make some corrections to my teeth there as well. All of the staff and hygienists are so friendly and really listen to your concerns. I also love how Dr. Medina is a perfectionist and a little OCD. They keep everything very clean and go above and beyond in keeping their clients safe and heathy! You won’t regret going there!

Dr. Medina has been taking care of our daughter for her braces for a couple of years now; our experience has been nothing but pleasant. We highly recommend this wonderful office. Her staff is very courteous and friendly. It's been tricky trying to get her in due to our work schedules, but her staff has always been understanding and accommodating whenever possible. For instance, Melissa was so helpful today in trying to get my daughter in for a follow-up that works for us. So appreciate everything they do!

This place is amazing. Carina is the first smiling face you are greeted by. Super sweet & very professional. Bryanna was taken straight back & Carina let me know about how long it would be, give or take. Everything is explained to you in detail so you understand what is being done & all your questions are answered. I definitely recommend Medina Orthodontics without hesitation.
