MedPost Urgent Care - Rockwall Ridge Road

I really like medpost since they take Triwest insurance which is what I use thru the VA. Medalist was quick and got me the meds I needed for my issue.

I Made an appointment the night before and received a confirmation. I received a text the next morning asking to confirm my appointment which I did. I showed up for my appointment and they were closed. A complete waste of my time.

Great experience for required athletics physical. Made appointment online the night before. Arrived at Noon, finished by 12: 20. Friendly staff, good price. Highly recommend!

My kids and I love this MedPost and are so grateful to have one so close to home. From the front office staff to the nurses and the physician, everyone is so kind and welcoming and provide the utmost high quality care. Thank you for all you do, you are greatly appreciated!

Broken ankle great service excellent nurse. I hate they are Turing into care now I have had terrible service with care now. They seem to need more training at care now. Med post is professional pride based and extremely empathetic. The bed side Manner at med post is out standing. I will stop coming when the merge with care care. I will find another location of med post. I’m sorry care now is taking over t I diffrent level of services can be implied by the atmosphere level of care and speed of intake. Thank you med post.

MedPost is amazing! I was greeted at the door. The receptionist was so sweet and friendly. I was seen immediately. There was no wait. The nurse was so caring and professional. The doctor was nice and professional as well. I will definitely be returning the next time I need urgent care.

I got a UTI (Urine Tract Infection). I called in to make an appointment and got it setup immediately. I waited barely 15 mn and seen by Mark, the PA. He checked me and knew what I had, prescribed the correct antibiotic and pain relief, and I was out in 10 mn. He was a pro and listened to my complaint patiently. The staffs were courteous and treated me with respect. This visit was great, not to mention it happed on Sunday evening, the memorial weekend. Most of the clinics closed, except MedPost. I got text message to inform me the sample lab test results 3 days later, which exactly what they promised to keep me in the loop on any lab results. Excellent service!

The staff was very nice and the plane was very clean. There was little to no wait to see the dr, now however the Dr.well PA is a bit questionable.other than that I would go back

Denied me accompaniment with spouse once she was called back, and said it was policy. When asked to produce a copy of policy detailing such, they could not produce any document and stated it was unwritten "standard of care" and COVID guidelines.

Everyone is so friendly. Nurse Brandy really cares about you and how you are feeling.

Med post was great, they have great customer service, helped with all my medical needs in a timely fashion. Thank you guys

My drug test appointment was at 8: 45. Got there 5 minutes late and the front desk representative said they were an hour late. No matter the reason as to why they are behind it’s the fact that you waited to tell me when I got there instead of calling me. I have limit time to take my drug test and there was a reason as to why it was schedule obviously. Now I have to call the job I am trying to work for and explain your lack of professionalism.

I wanted to take the time to thank the Nurses and Dr. Howard for taking care of my son and I tonight. They took us in last minute and took amazing care of us. Did not make me feel bad for coming in late or anything. Matter of fact, they gave my son a popsicle for being so good! Ladies, I couldn’t express how thankful I am for all of you that help. From the moment we walked in at front desk, until the minute we left. Our sweet nurse who did all our vitals, im sorry I didn’t get your name, but you were everything to us tonight also. From the front office to the back this facility was top notch. Everyone was on point, professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous! Great experience for a bad accident I had.
