MedPost Urgent Care - Rockwall North Goliad

We called and established an appointment at 12: 45. We sat in parking lot until 1: 25. We requested a wheelchair as my wife could not put weight on her left leg. We watched the assistant push and pull on an oversized wheelchair squeezing it though The door. I instead carried my wife to the waiting room wear I placed her in the wheelchair inside the facility that could barely fit through their door. She then sat in a room unattended for 75 minutes when she called the front desk and was told they “had en emergency and it would probably be awhile”!
Another 20 minutes went by when my wife called me in tears from unrelieved back pain and asked that I meet her at the door and just take her home. No apologies and despite another person apparently needing more immediate assistance, my wife was never checked on even with 5 employees on the premises and undoubtedly not all attending to anyone else. It is of the poorest quality of care and an embarrassment to the medical community.

I loved being able to schedule my appointment online and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I would recommend MedPost for healthcare needs!

Staff is every friendly doctor got me recovering quickly I had been to another clinic my thanks to staff and the doctor

So I call for an appointment at around 1: 30. They tell me to come at 3: 00. They take my name and insurance info. I drive over at 3: 00 and call from the car. They tell me there is no record of my appointment and I do not show in their system. REALLY? I need to bill this place for my mileage and time.

The phone attendants we're always friendly, courteous and highly professional, as were the nurse and attending physician. I've already recommended this location to others.

Showed up at the wrong location but the staff was willing to accommodate and fit me in. Front office staff is super professional and the PA I was seen by was amazing!

My husband who is a diabetic had a leg cut which looked pretty serious. Bring it was a weekend we looked for an urgent care facility and decided on Medipost. Dr. Rostami was fantastic. He prescribed an antibiotic and then cleaned and covered the wound. He then told us to see our primary care doctor as soon as we could! After seeing our PCP, he said he would not have done anything differently to care for that wound. I thank your facility for giving my husband super care that weekend! Thank You!

They take great care of you here. The doctor was very friendly, thorough, and informative. The whole check-in and scheduling process was paperless and fast. The shot I received from the nurse didn't even sting at all.

Had a great male nurse, one of the best i have encountered. Wish i could remember his name so i could personalize the thank you. The Doctor was also super nice and a funny guy, which is awesome when you are sick.
The receptionist was very pleasant, and got me checked in and out very quickly.
I Highly recommend the Rockwall @ Goliad and 205 location.

This is my third visit and all the staff from door to door are consistently and notably polite, friendly, quick, professional and thorough. I am a nurse myself and cannot say enough good things about them. I would never use a different urgent care facility unless I had to.

The doctors, and staff are GREAT! Spent time with me, listened and responded with excellent care. Love the convenience, with little to no waiting to be seen.

Waited 3 hours in the waiting room past my scheduled appointment. Front drakes gave a little attitude. The doctor was nice and very informative.

Took personal interest in my care when I needed to be transferred to ER Hospital. Made sure my vehicle was kept safe and personally called to check on me after I was admitted to Hospital. I was treated as if I were a family member. Awesome service!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. We are seen quickly and can check in online. We have had the honor of seeing Dr. Sam Rostami multiple times. He is very knowledgeable and gentle with our son. He explains everything and allows you to really feel comfortable.

The front desk and medical staff were all wonderful! They took care of me (and my cut) quickly but with the utmost professionalism.
