Meet Fresh Katy

Tried this before and it taste really good. But when I went back the pearls are so soggy and really overcooked! The drink taste awful! Never again! Ps: I wasn’t able to take a pic of the drink because I really don’t like it and wasted my money for that!

First time going to Meet Fresh with my kids. I try ordering a red smoothie with tapioca but that was not even in the menu. The guy was nice to make me one. The tapioca was delicious but the smoothie was not so smooth.too many chunk of ice still left and not enough red beans. The atmosphere was great and great place to visit on the weekend.

Have been here twice this week and both time we loved the shaved ice cream. Have tried 3 different flavors and they all are different. They seem to be understaffed but had good experience

Hygiene of this establishment is atrocious. The floor is greasy, toilet is MOLDY, and they have moldy mouse traps near the children's corner. Absolutely gross.

To answer the owners reply, why don't you check your store and verify if my comment is true? Or you'd just don't bother? I should've taken pictures but it's so gross I didn't feel like staying in there for longer than I needed. The place has serious hygiene issue that you need to rectify asap. Staying in denial will get you no where.

First time here. Many selection of ice dessert. Only ordered one type, because we arrived late, 20 minutes before their closing time.

This is 5 stars for the miss that was working last night by herself, taking on numerous orders and making them, she deserves a bonus or something because that was a lot of pressure. It was a bit of a wait but they were very understaffed.

We ordered the Mango-berry shaved iced (large) was plenty to share amongst our group of 6. We wanted something light and sweet/tangy. They also have board/card games to play. It was nice way to end off the night!

Really good Taiwanese dessert, the signatures series are generally spot on if you want to try a little bit of everything. Service has been good few times we were here. The only down side with this spot is dirty restroom - a lot of yellow stain and uncleaned spot even when you visit when it opened in the morning at around 11.

I’ve been here at least 3 times now and never had a bad experience! Never too long of a wait for any of our food or drinks. I really like getting the chocolate waffle with either ice cream or alone. There are lots of different drink flavors to try out and so far with the ones I’ve tried, they are all very yummy. Definitely recommend coming here for dessert!

Best food best place to enjoy a weekend with family. I ordered Hot Boba Tofu Pudding and it is so delicious. Employees are so nice and friendly. Love this place.

We ordered Hot Grass Jelly Soup B with red bean but was missing the red bean. We came up to tell the girl and even showed her and she didn't admit it was missing but denied and said red bean melted. Really? Red bean doesn't melt but were missing ok. Try to satisfy the customer instead of lied and denied.

I very love a Pudding Jasmines Green Tea of this place. You should try a almond pudding I beg you never go wrong with this pudding. They have a lot of desserts here I should try next time. Customer service is nice.

I've visited this location many times now and have had a consistently positive experience. There usually isn't a wait and it's very easy to order and convenient. I'm not too big fan of a sweet stuff but I can say this one is a good one! For your reward or celebration or causal events, it's gonna go well with it. Also staff are so nice and friendly.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely desert place in Katy. The service is unmatched. The staffs truly cares about your experience and friendly. The desert is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best desert we had. Highly recommend!

We've been Meet Fresh over domestic, LA, Houston, and oversea stores. And we usually love their shaved ice, today we were here the first time this summer time, like still we ordered a big size mango strawberry shaved ice to share, they asked kindly how many of you gonna share, we said two. Everything went smoothly until we got the ice without two "small bowls" to share like before, my husband went to ask can we get one more "thing" for us to share, and they said "No". I mean it amazed me. They why you had asking "how many of you gonna share", you know the big size is for "family". Not angry but feel funny. Feel bad for this location since today, there are other good shaved ice, in the area, Korean, Italian. Maybe my second review on Google. Good luck. Attached pic shows the option for sharing purpose, I don't think the form cups are safe for hot stuff, and also dangerous for little kids because of the material (chocking potential risk), I'll respect your new rules, but just keep away from my children also before my parturition (during pregnancy). Thanks

Order milk tea request for less ice and half sugar.they give me a fully sweet drink and Half cup ice, i talked to staff but she still chicanery.even i dont know how sweet about milk tea, not blind for ice.dont come here make u bad mood

Their milk teas are mediocre; the price is great but the taste is meh. Their Taiwanese desserts are delicious, though!
