Mega Furniture - Distribution Center, San Antonio TX

Horrible experience. No one would handle it either. Basically took 5 weeks to finally find out they were not able to give us the furniture we bought. Which was supposed to be brand new. And I didn't owe a dime. Sad no supervisor will step up and help us. Never, ever buy furniture from this place. After 6 attempts they couldn't make it right.

Mega furniture followed up with a problem with my warranty that I was already concluded not in my favor. Instead of forgetting about me when a recall came about, 1 whole year later, Mega furniture reached back out to me, gave me the link to the recall for my furniture and helped me resolve a problem that I have been having for a long time. Thank you for not forgetting about me. You guys are purely amazing!

Pick up was quick and the facilities was big. No restrooms were available for customers and plenty of parking space. The staff were helpful and they load the stuff.
