Mega Furniture - Round Rock

This rating is mainly because of the cashier. She had black hair with blonde streaks, I think her name was Gabriella? She was SO kind and SO amazing at her job. My husband and I were in a rush and she got us out so quickly and answered all of our questions. She also helped 2 other employees with questions with expertise. Give this girl a freakin’ raise!

This place has great furniture selection at reasonable price. The employees were friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My daughter found her dream bedroom set here. Overall great shopping experience! I will be returning to purchase more furniture.

Although, I didn’t purchase anything I will be back. Dave greeted us at the door and was very informative and nice. They are family owned and have so many options available to help you purchase what you need. The store was clean and nice. The prices are more reasonable than Ashley’s furniture store. I will be back.

We went to just about every furniture store in Round Rock and North Austin. Finally found a sectional that checked all the boxes here. The sales team was very patient and accommodating as my husband literally took the floor model apart to inspect it, measure it, and pulled other pieces of furniture over to compare. We scheduled delivery for two weeks out to prepare the space, and the delivery team of two was quick and professional. We're about four days in and love the couch. We were able to customize the configuration for our preferences and space. It's super soft, comfortable, supportive, and sturdy (steel frame).

I would say to Avoid any MEGA furniture as it’s very very hard to deal and it will be a horrible experience. They don’t refund your money even though it’s their mistake to deliver the right product. They still hold my money and not refunding it and threatening me that they will take 40% of it even though it’s their mistake to deliver the product

The salesman Thomas G completely lied and fabricated a story so they could take our money. He promised a delivery date of 5/2 and now i was told by customer service that he lied and that the furniture we ordered is on back order.they are outright refusing to refund almost $10k. BUYER BEWARE. They will lie to take your money.

Never shopping in this place again. During Covid I bought a bed, I got a delivery date, I had to keep calling and calling and I kept getting a different date weeks later. The bed finally showed up and we had lived at a whole different place by then. Two years later we decide to try it out again since we thought due to Covid the delivery was off. Nope! Our couch was supposed to get delivered today! They reassured us! It was going to be a temp couch while we got a house so we just got whatever was available the fastest. They reassured us the whole time that it would be delivered in a week. We called expecting to get a eta and they now say it’s on back order! That it won’t be available for a while! That they can give us the the old model they have in the store! Don’t shop here! They always do the same thing!

Furniture store was nice and salesman was very helpful. What gets the one star is the fact the furniture was not good quality. Broke within the first use and the customer service was unapologetic and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

10/10 Do not recommend, the lack of professionalism and customer support is unacceptable and displeasing. I recently made a purchase (less than a week). Not only was I delivered the wrong items, I was charged double the original invoice price reflecting major impact on my credit score, due to their lack of ability to market and label things correctly. After reaching out to the company the were and still are reluctant to fix their wrong doings claiming there is no district manager and refusing to provide any information to their management tiers, ownership or legal representation. A horrifying experience for a first time financee and also a tasteless experience as a customer. Please find another place to find your home furniture.

They have a lot of furniture options. I do not see too many people here as compared to rooms to go, but I believe their prices are lower than rooms to go so worth giving it a shot. Only one issue going here is sometimes the associate will just follow you all the way so you will find yourself being pushed to buy.

Watch out for this company when trying to sale you the extend warranty. They made us believe that our 2,000 dollar furniture had a warranty for 5 years. Yeah right found out today it's only for the fabric so we've had our furniture for a year and now we have to pay to have someone fix the problem that personally shouldn't of happened in a years time So buyers beware!

They stole $100 from me - made me travel to pick up my order and didn’t have anything for me when I did. Then made me go to another store and again did not have my order for me to take home. Made me call multiple times and wait for an email multiple times.

I’ve been on this for 15 MONTHS now, and they won’t give me my money back.
Customer service is just not worse because it just doesn’t exist. DO NOT WASTE your time and money here.
