This IS my go-to place for all my car care needs. The Staff always has amazing Customer Service... They treat you like family!

As usual i always get great customer service at this location. The employees are very professional and personable

I swear they always take the best care of me, Shawn always goes above and beyond, and Andreas keeps me well informed with my cars condition. Legitimately the only place i come for car repairs.

TRAINING! You can’t have a service and DON’T know how to use it. Almost took a whole hour for me to make a payment. I won’t be back.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received. I was updated regularly on the issues they found as well as the price to repair. I felt comfortable because they had several customers they knew by name and who were repeat customers. I have found a new repair shop.

It's a good care center, but expect to pay accordingly, and the wait time is days, you can forget about your car for a week

I like the other meineke location the one I usually go to they do my oil and tire rotation with no extra charge. Staff was ok oil change was quick

When I took my car, the guy that looked at it said it was nothing wrong with my car! I didn’t appreciate that! I asked him if he put my car on the the machine, he said no! He put the machine on my car and said there are no lights on. Then he came back to say it was giving a code, but the check engine light was not on. Then he said he would try cleaning something! This made me feel like I brought my car to the wrong place. Nothing like Meineke I know, but anyway, he changed my “cheap” spark plugs, and replaced the ignition wire or spark or something. I test drove it about 2 1/2 later and it drove fine!

I brought both of my vehicles here this weekend. Staff was friendly. Repairs and maintenance were fast. Everything works as it should, and service was affordable. Overall a fantastic experience.

While the oil change was quick I’m disappointed that issues where found but no one discussed them with me. When I was cashed out the young lady gave me a checklist with several items identified as issues. When I noticed and asked the young man who checked my oil about the issues he stated the young lady never goes over the checklist and he was too busy to discuss. He suggested I come back and spend $100 on a diagnostic test. But how did you discover the issues in the first place

I'm a repeat customer and they were very professional, courteous and prompt as usual. Was out of there quickly. I'll definitely keep coming back!

I went there with hope that they could install my headlight bulbs and they did and really quickly. Their service was outstanding
