Meineke Car Care Center, McKinney TX

Meineke was the second place I went to for a wheel alignment after the first place told me I needed a part to do my wheel alignment that was going to cost $700. Meineke found the part for around $250 all in all saving me close to $500. Not only did they save me money but they got my part in quickly and finished my car super quick! Isis at the front is wonderful and sweet! I am so glad I decided to get a second opinion.

Joe was phenomenal and took the time to throughly explain everything to me. Will definitely be going back for all future issues.

I'm really glad I started bringing my vehicle here. Joe is great and so is the rest of the team. Compared to Nissan Service, they are way faster, cheaper, and friendlier service. Location is also good, as they are located near fast food restaurants where you can relax while you wait. You could even go shopping at Tom Thumb which is across the street. And they get their parts really fast too.

Joe and his team provided prompt and effective service. They extended several courtesies to make our experience smooth and friendly.

I have used this Meineke several times. Joe is always helpful with any questions i may have.

First time visiting this Meineke. I usually go to the one located on Stonebridge but they were all booked up yesterday so I thought I’d give the Eldorado one a try.
To sum up, I’ll be going back to the one on Stonebridge… where they communicate effectively, care about your concerns and explain the break down of all services, recommendations and the final amount due.

By far one of my best experiences. My sons car had no working defroster after the big storm. I brought the car in, I got a ride home and they had it fixed better than it was before and kept me informed along the way. The manager Joe and all of the employees I spoke with were kind, professional and knowledgeable. They didn’t jack up the price nor try to sell me anything unnecessary. I appreciate that. They gained a new customer.

What a Great New Place to do my Auto Oil Change business! 1st time Full Synthetic Oil change with $15 discount which I need both badly! Both Bruce/Mgr and Female Cashier we're so Professional and cordial in greeting and taking care of my car!
