Best auto repair shop ever. I though I blew my engine up and they were able to repair it. Loved the price and the service. I will only go to them from now on.

This place was super slow took 2 hours for an oil change and even with a coupon I still paid a high price for an oil change. Then when they gave me my car back they didn’t mention anything to me like If my fluids are low or any type of concerns. I won’t be using this company with my car again

I came to this Meineke because I was leaking coolant and I was told it was the radiator. I replaced the radiator, thermostat and coolant only to go back about a week later because it was still leaking coolant. I was told it was the upper radiator hose plus I was told I had another leak somewhere else. Just today I noticed that I was still leaking coolant. It’s like they fix everything but the problem to keep you coming back, I’m never going to any Meineke again.

Update: After they replaced the radiator, thermostat, coolant and upper radiator hose it didn’t leak coolant anymore. However, the other leak they told me about was from the AC Condenser. Now, the AC Condenser is really close to the radiator so as they replaced the radiator they damaged the condenser. The part that bothers me is that they don’t even tell you upfront that they damaged the piece and that they’ll replace it.

BEWARE! This location is full of crooks, do yourself a favor and go to your dealership, your issue may be covered under warranty!

This place is very efficient and professional. They not only took care of what my car needed, but also identified future items that would need to be fixed to allow me to properly prepare financially.

This place is insanely horrible. I got an oil change a few months ago, and the same day my car started overheating. I don’t know what it is they messed up in my vehicle that caused it to start acting up. Fast forward to a few months later. They’re under new management so I decide to give them a second chance. The same thing happens. My car is overheating after getting an oil change here. STAY AWAY! I just saw that other people have been having this same issue. It’s insane that Meineke is not doing anything to correct this issue.

The manager and the mechanics were awesome! Quickly helped me as i SERIOUSLY pulled up with an issue that just happened on the highway. Figured out quickly what the issue was and took care of me. THANK YOU AGAIN! YALL ROCK!

Because I was a woman alone, the tech kept trying to upcharge and sell me items that I did not need. Just because I had corrosion on my battery post, does not mean I need an entire new battery. Also, the oil change was over $100 dollars and those clowns did not top off my fluids, which was supposed to have been included. I will be calling corporate.

Not honest people failed my cars inspection for not holding Idle with E brake. I tested e-brake in the parking lot after.was able to hold car at idle. Took it down the street pasted the inspection without having to pay over 1000 bucks. Makes me sick I can't find honest mechanics.

They advertise oil change for $55 then at the end the total goes up to $124! They charge for additional things and put false advertisement. Their prices are so expensive!

Three and a half hours to get an oil change WITH an appointment. I originally came in for my reservation at 1: 30. Manager says they’re swamped, come back at 3: 30. I come back at 3: 30 and he says we’ll get you in, but no indication that it won’t be for 3 hours. Car finally goes in at 5: 55 (55 mins after closing time). It took them an hour to change the oil. I watched the guy struggle for 30 mins to get the plastic undercarriage back on.

Initially I had planned to give the store a extremely poor rating based on my experience. However, the only reason I changed my rating was due to 1 person. After having major work done to my vehicle that took 7 days. I started the ignition to find the traction light and check engine light were on (neither were on when I dropped it off), the engine covers were put in the trunk instead of back on the engine, the spark plugs in which I paid the labor for were still in the car and the brake pads with hardware and brake cleaner were missing. ‍️ Yea I’m still confused on that one. But to make a long story short. I spoked to Ron with my concerns and he took the initiative to have it taken care of. He was very professional about it all. He never made an excuse nor did he pass the blame he simply found a resolution by having the spark plugs installed immediately, ordering the part that was causing the check engine light and offering to find out what happened to the brake pads. All in all it was Ron and only Ron that is the reason I changed my mind about this place.

I went in at 8am for an oil change. Didn’t leave until 10: 15. I have NEVER waited that long for a something so simple. I was the 2nd person there and they had multiple technicians on duty. Just terrible service.

I will say the mechanics seemed to be honest and genuine at both Meineke locations I used in the last 9 days. However, the Manager (same fella at both places), although seemed to be helpful, actually turned out to be lying to my face during the process. All car repairs are inconvenient for the customer, but this was especially burdensome to me and my extended family since it was the week of Christmas and New Years. When I called him out on the issue in question, and he had the opportunity to say the right thing, he again tried to put me off with dishonesty. Was it because I am a woman and he thought I was ignorant? Was he in a hurry? Does it matter? He ended up having to beg his men to complete my service that I had paid for and it was closing time. They had to work and I had to wait even longer. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Meineke based on my recent experience.

Have been a customer for 5 or 6 yrs and will continue to have them taking care of my vehicle.
Have never been disappointed in their work or their representatives.
Would recommend them to anyone.

Do not recommend I went the other day to get a oil change my car is brand new perfectly fine low mileage. And all these people did was change the oil filter they left the engine with no oil at all now my cars overheated locked up the engine and is stranded on the side of the road do not recommend at all first an last time going!

Great customer service and awesome updates and details periodically. Ray took his time and ensure I was taken care of from start to finish. They also had an awesome promotion going on for veterans not for just Veterans day but all week. That's is definitely taking care of our Vets. I will stay a loyal customer for this awesome experience.
