Isaac and his team made a custom welding repair for a broken down machine. Repair exceeded my expectations and was on budget. Difficult job well done.

I have not have any issues with services. I am always greeted and served with great customer service. They don't force me to do anything work, I don't want done. They just give recommendations and considerations. Prices are reasonable.

They told me I needed a new CV axle when I did not. Put the wrong cv axle on my car and all my transmission fluid leaked out. They put my old one and it still continued to leak due to putting an old seal on when the claimed to put a on a new one. They then told me my boot was torn which it is not. A torn boot does not equate to an entirely new cv axle as well. I’m steal driving with my old CV axle and the refuse to give me a refund. They are not to be trusted. Do not go here please. They will misdiagnose your vehicle and leave you off worse then when you came in.

My check engine light was on and my 4Runner was failing inspection, receiving error codes for the catalytic converter. Meineke looked at my car for 4 hours and found issues with 3 separate parts. Overall, they were professional and I feel like I have answers on why my car has been failing inspection.

These wonderful guys diagnosed and fixed the deafening rattle on our van in 30 minutes. They were polite and professional and we are so appreciative!

Tim was amazing! They send a full detail report of your car with pictures to show you the attention items. I will be going back every time and referring all my friends

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to all the employees here. I was having a horrible day, and the the manager went way out of his way to make my day better by helping me understand something wrong with my car uncovered when I brought the car in for a tire rotation. I can not highly recommend enough.

I have used this Meineke location for a number of services and they always do a great job. Everyone in the office is super friendly and they communicate to you what they recommend but do not pressure you if you don’t want to move forward with the service. I’ve waited in their lobby and also dropped my car off- both ways have been great. They call you to tell you what you need and how much it will be, you confirm it and then they call you when it’s ready for pickup. Highly recommend this location.

I’ve used this particular Location since moving to Austin a few years ago. It’s easy to book on line, usually the wait time is minimal, unless you book at peak time. Their waiting room is adequate, bathroom is clean, and they have bottled water to drink. The staff at the desk are always polite and courteous.

Tim, the manager on duty, had wonderful customer service with everyone who called or walked in! He a tech called out so he had to turn away a few customers but kept a smile and pleasant demeanor. My services were estimated for 4 hours and it was exactly that.

Second time coming here and will definitely continue coming back! You can trust they'll shoot straight with you and not make up problems, and Tim who runs the place was friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

Appointment scheduled for 2: 30, ready at 5: 30. Requested spark plug replacement+misfire). Issue persisted, ended up being a bad/old dist cap. Repaired elsewhere. Meineke did a sufficient job

This company does fantastic work. I thought my car was at its end, but Ken repaired my engine and brought my car back to life. I definitely recommend their service and will use them in the future.

Service Representitve was very courteous and helpful, was not give a cost estimate for service, but I was very satisfied was their cost, even though it seemed to take longer than expected. I was very happy with their service and work. They seem to take longer than expected due to the amount of work they have which is a good thing.
I will consider them for future work!

I took my car in late in the morning, no appointment, and they not only got me in, did the repair extremely quickly but they also inspected by car saving me another trip.

This place was great! First visit yesterday. The inside was clean and didn’t smell like your typical auto repair shop. I didn’t realize repair shops even had a “smell” until I was in one that DIDNT. The staff greeted me right away and was quick with my service. Everyone I came in contact with kept their distance + wearing masks + polite and professional. Even those who weren’t helping me said hello. I’ll be back for whatever else comes up with my car.

I had my catalytic converters stolen off my Toyota Tundra in Dallas the only people who had cats in stock was Caliber Auto Care who took the opportunity to bend me over a barrel by charging me 4,232.67 to replace them. You’d think after I gave them two arms and a leg for the work it would be complete but you’d be sadly mistaken, as I was. I was in the middle of moving my life to austin when the cats were stolen and a week after getting my truck back and finished moving in I started to hard a loud rattle from my undercarriage. Guess what? Caliber auto doesn’t have a store in austin and I just started my new project here so I couldn’t drive 3.5hrs back for the warranty work. I made the best decision of this entire messed up situation and I called Meineke. They were nice and even offered to repair the rattle if they found it wasn’t too serious. The guy at the register felt my pain when I explain that not only had a thief robbed me but so did the auto mechanic that “Repaired” the damage. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just a tiny fix. Caliber had forgotten to weld on the flange to the 3” metal tubing coming of the end of the passenger sid cat. They just tack welded it on and asked me for $4,232 for the work. Meineke had their welder fix it properly which took no time at all and a very reasonable price $60.00. Thank you Meineke!

Jeremy was AMAZING! Other places quoted be between $300-$600 to fix my muffler. When he looked at it he said they could just slightly bend it back. I had only hit a curb backing up. Anyway, Jeremy looked at it, fixed it and didn’t CHARGE me! All within 10 mins. I was completely blown away! What a great manager and I’ll always go back now!

Meineke was easy to schedule with and took my car back promptly when I arrived. The employee who checked me in and out was very friendly and professional. I have gone there before for a state inspection and will continue to use Meineke for my vehicle needs.
