The gal working the counter was great. The tech they had working on my stuff was completely incompetent and I would not recommend this location at all because of it. Giant waste of my time and Uber money taking it there.

Service was GREAT, convenient, & the guys customer service was friendly & professional!

Frank and Christina were extremely helpful. I will be going to them from now on for my vehicle needs.

I take all of our cars there for oil changes and they just did a brake job on my wife’s car. Great quality and fantastic people who go out of their way to take care of the customer!

Sold me 4 tires. Didn't mention they can't balance truck tires. Had to go to Discount Tire to balance.

They were very helpful the details of the presalepurchase inspection (photos and descriptions) were all sent by text message and email. Overall fast and great experience. Went back for another pre-purchase sale inspection!

Meineke is attempting to reopen a location they haven't occupied for 5 years. To rebuild their customer base, they are offering the best prices in Austin.

When I needed a repair on my 20 year old car, they persuaded me to use a new part rather than an old 2nd hand part. They they offered to install the new part for the a price close what most mechanics would charge for installing an old part.

When you need something repaired on your old car, check them out. Right now, I don't think anyone will try to match their prices.

Was referred to this shop (location specific) for an O2 sensor that needed replaced but was stripped. After going to multiple places that either couldn’t do it or wouldn’t use the sensor I had already purchased from the dealer, they got the job done in half an hour! Christina was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend!

I took a Honda Civic in for a pre-purchase inspection on 11/11/23.
My tech was Frank B.and he was awesome! He did a thorough inspection of my car, showed me what items needed immediate attention, let me see the undercarriage of the car and even showed me the filthy engine air filter.
This information, along with the inspection report, was easy to understand; I ended up purchasing the car.
The office staff also provided great customer service when scheduling an appointment.

I enjoyed talking with Frank my mechanic who worked on my truck.
He was very friendly and took his time to sut down with me and explain to me in detail the problem i had with my truck.
While he waited to get the parts delivered to the shop he started to share his experience as a mechanic and i thouroughly admired him how he made me feel like we were friends. That is a rareity to me! I just found me my mechanic and go to shop for sure!

Meineke has been a great place to take my vehicle for service. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, Christina will always help you out and answer questions. The online appointment setup is very easy, just select a time to drop off the vehicle and most of the time I’m able to get it back the same day.

They give lots of discounts, I’ve had AC checks, brake work, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. The provided detailed report is very useful for me to figure out what issues my vehicle has that needs to be addressed, with nice pictures taken from the mechanic as well. They are very transparent with part costs and labor so everything is listed there.

Would recommend to anyone in the North austin area. No hassle service and no up-selling at all.
